Product Overview

The 2013 Spirit E-210 Propane Gas Grill has been completely re-imagined and the proof is visible in features throughout the grill. With the control panel moved to the front, 2 stainless steel tables fold down to allow for maneuverability and easy storage, a boon for grillers with small patios, decks or balconies. While compact, the grill is also roomy enough to cook a 20 lb. turkey or roast meats and vegetables at the same time. Porcelain enameled cast-iron cooking grates offer superior heat retention and quick clean up, and the porcelain-enameled shroud will not fade, peel or rust. An electronic crossover ignition system lights the 2-burners with just 1-touch of the igniter button, and an easy-to-read fuel gauge lets you know where you stand on fuel at all times. Not available in natural gas.

No grill that I have ever seen comes with a tank unless there's a store promo or something. It's only about $24.99 to buy a filled tank, and then $19.99 to exchange your empty one for a filled out.

the burgers and chicken we have cooked lack the charcoal taste that my old gas grill gave us. i think the addition of "rocks" would change that. is there anything we can use?

I really like the flavorizer bars that come with the Weber. They give the food a grilled taste. I also use the Weber Smoker Box, which is also good for flavor, and giving food that "outdoorsy" taste. You don't need lava rocks.

Answer:
Thank you for your question. Lava rocks are not recommended to be used inside any Weber grill. As you grill more food on the cast iron cooking grates, the Weber Spirit E-210 grill will begin to season. Also, using wood chips or chunks in a smoker box can add additional smokey flavor. If you have any further questions, please contact Weber Customer Service at 1-800-446-1071.

Answer:
The flavorizer bars just below the grills should be doing that. However, if you want a more smoky taste I would recommend purchasing a bag of wood chips (mesquite, hickory, etc.) and soaking them for 30 minutes then wrapping them in foil and placing directly on the grill. Be sure to poke some holes in the foil as that will allow the smoke to escape. Another option is to try some planks of cedar or alder. Read More

Chicken and fish are particularly good this way. Read Less

No, you can't use "rocks" in this grill. But I supposed you could set a small container of damp wood chips on the cooking grill then cook with the lid closed to get the flavor you want.

Answer:
You have options, if you want is assembled, have it shipped to the store and when it arrives, ask for assembly (this is a free service). If you have it shipped to your home, call your nearest HD and ask them if they will assemble it if you bring it in. This is a customer service we are happy to provide. Otherwise, you can assemble it at home, because it will not be shipped assembled.

Sometimes HD has a special and will ship it assembled, but normally it is shipped unassembled. Assembly is fairly easy as the instructions are very good, and very few tools are needed.

Answer:
Hello, Thank you for your question! Home Depot does provide a grill assembly service. If purchasing the grill at the store merely inquire about having your grill assembled with a store associate. If ordering online, once the grill has been delivered to your local store call the store and ask for assembly. Thanks!

Rated 4.6 out of 5 by 230 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very happy with my new Weber After 15 years with a Weber Genesis Silver it was time for a new BBQ. I appreciated the prompt, free home delivery from Home Depot. Assembly was not too challenging, and was even fun. The excellent packing resulted in all the components arriving unblemished. The graphic assembly instructions were easy to follow. The electronic ignition works a lot better than the ignition on my old BBQ. The BBQ heated up quickly and evenly. I am generally cooking only for my wife and I, so the size of this BBQ is more than adequate for us. I have grilled chicken, hamburgers and a variety of vegetables (beets, fennel, mushrooms) with excellent results. My wife and I look forward to a tasty summer with the new Weber June 7, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good grill, better with a real door Bought this at the Home Depot pre-assembled. So far, grill has been great. It heats up well and cooks evenly. I just wish I would have bought the standard version with a regular door and without the grill inserts. The door is cheap and flimsy and a pain to put on and off to access the gas tank. As far as the inserts go, I haven't even used them. The regular insert just collects dirt and provides for an uneven cooking surface with the other grates. It's also harder to clean than straight grates. You can just buy a grill pan or pizza stone or whatever to place on top of the grates, so I don't really see the point of the inserts. August 8, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Not as shown on advertisement We ordered our grill on-line. Delivery was free and prompt. One panel was damaged on shipping but I straightened it out enough to work. Assembly was substantial, but the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The grill was the supposed to be the exact model we inspected in the store, and on-line ads. When received, the cast iron grills were not made like the ones we had inspected. In addition, the shields over the burners are porcelain coated, which means they will probably rust out in a few years. New ones are listed in the spare parts, so this is not a deal breaker. Overall the grill appears to be well made, and works well. It is much better than the one we replaced. August 2, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Weber propane grill We wanted a Weber model not carried in our neighborhood store, so we ordered it on-line for delivery to the store. We also wanted to take advantage of the offer to assemble grills free by the store. The correct grill was delivered to the store and it was assembled as offered. The entire transaction went flawlessly. We are very pleased with both the grill and the Home Depot service. August 23, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by No complaints I bought this grill online and the delivery was quick (and saved me trying to figure out how to get it into my car or how to even pick up the box). Assembly was not difficult, as directions were clear and easy to follow. It took me about 1.5 hours to assemble. You do have to purchase a gas tank separately, so don't forget that when you are ready to grill. I have use the grill several times and am very pleased. It has been a great addition to the patio and made grilling a breeze. LOVE IT! August 16, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent grill My son assembled the grill and he said it wasn't hard at all. I love the size of the grill, small, but perfect for us and I would say a normal size family. The food is cooked well, tasty, and does not get burned. I have never had a Webber grill before because of the price, but I think it was well worth it! I plan to have this for a long time.
