Answer:
The doors on this Whirlpool Top Freezer Refrigerator with Exterior Dispenser are not able to be reversed. The handles are molded into the door on this model and with the water line running into the door for the dispenser, it is not possible. Thank you for viewing this Whirlpool home appliance.

Answer:
Monochromatic Stainless Steel is the same as Stainless Steel. The difference is that the accent pieces (hinge covers, base grille, handles, etc.) and cabinet are finished in a Grey color instead of black. This Grey finish compliments the Stainless Steel really well and gives a great fit and finish. Thank you for viewing this Whirlpool home appliance.

Customer Reviews

Rated 3.0 out of 5 by 6 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A lot to pay for a small refrigerator with a water dispenser on the door We purchased this refrigerator for two reasons: we need a smaller refrigerator to fit into a tight space, and we needed a filtered water dispenser. This provided us with both. February 25, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by When I researched the most energy efficent refrigerators via my utilities company, this was the best that met my needs. It has only been a couple of weeks, but so far I am very pleased with this refrigerator. It is by far the best in this price range with an outside water dispenser. April 9, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Mislead Just got this refrigerator and the water in the water dispenser comes out lukewarm.I just found out by calling whirlpool that this model # does not produce cold water, and that was one of the reasons why I bought it.Now I am stuck with it for many years. Not happy. Also not much room inside with the low shelves. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by horrible fridge Got this 8 months ago -- fridge freezes food no matter what I set it at -- freezer crystalizes and ices food within a few days - ice maker and water not working now -- adjusted - checked everything over and over again - repair guy had a hard time figuring it out - thinks it needs a new sensor - ordered a part - so very much ruined food - very unhappy - want new fridge!!! July 27, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Only one complaint, on an otherwise fine refridgerator. My only complaint is the new plastic odor of the interior. I've had the unit for 4 days now. And the odor still permeates the ice and water. I pray that it hasn't ruined the St Patrick's Day brisket I've been brining! Speaking of the brisket, it was very easy to remove a shelf to allow the over-sized brining pot to slide in. Very pleased with this unit so far. March 17, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Good idea, badly executed The concept of having a water dispenser on the outside on a top-freezer model is what drew me to this refrigerator. However, there are multiple issues. 1) The water is warm, not cooled. Therefore, what you save in electric in not having to open the refrigerator for water, you lose in opening the freezer for ice cubes for it. 2) The storage on the door of the refrigerator is badly thought out. The tilt-n-grab shelf, which they tout as a plus, will only accept items shorter than my very shortest jar of mustard. Forget the ketchup. Also, it's very difficult to get in and out. Apparently you're supposed to use it to store frequently used condiments and be able to plop them right on the table, shelf and all, but both of the above factors make that impossible. I ended up removing it to gain the height for other door shelves. 3) The full-width pull-out drawer for meats and cheeses seems very flimsy, and since it stretches the full width of the refrigerator, practically eliminates the usefulness of the shelf below it, unless you store a lot of very short stuff and don't need anything that migrates to the back. 4) All of the hardware is cheap, brittle plastic. If it lasts a year without something breaking, I'll be very surprised. 5) The door storage in the freezer is practically non-existent. It is so narrow about the widest thing that will fit in it is a pack of hot dogs, and perhaps small pouches of frozen vegetables. This means everything has to be piled into the freezer proper, making it difficult to access things that migrate to the rear. 6) My refrigerator arrived with a faulty circuit board, resulting in the refrigerator being below freezing if the freezer was set to 7 degrees (above where it should be), and if you set it so the refrigerator is at 37 (about right), the freezer is at 23 (VERY warm for a freezer). 7) You will be on hold at least 7-10 minutes before reaching a human being at the Whirlpool customer service center, because they are apparently always experiencing "heavy call volume". I leave it to the reader to speculate why they may always be overwhelmed with customers calling to report issues with their new appliances. November 20, 2013
