Asked by: Scott
It is made to hold dimensional lumber (i.e. 2x4, 2x6). In that case the saw horse should be use in the long side.

How do you but the support brackets on?

Asked by: TH
You slide it from the side. The sawhorse should be used along its length in that case. Go figure.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Save Your Money! i was hesitant to buy these and after initially using them thought they were great. Time would be the ultimate test, and they would prove to fail miserably. The first to break were the hinges/tool table on the bottom end, and not just a one piece failure, the whole mechanism and mounting brackets fell to pieces with light use. Then (maybe as a cause of no longer having the hinge support), a leg on one of the horses snapped in two under the weight of a sheet of T-11. I would not say that I misused or abused them at all. Very disappointing product didn't even last 6 months!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Junk - don't buy If I could have given less than 1 star I would have. I purchased these in a pair to replace the ones that were 10 yr old stanleys that finally just gave. The hinges on these failed the first time unfolding on both. Returned to the store and same thing on next set. I purchased the stanley pack for around $60 and should have done this on the first round. Save your and pay the extra to get the better quality horses. HD should pull these from the shelf.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Weak Hinges-supports poor design A reputation can be lost on this type of inferior product. Home Depot has got to test their products properly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product I already owned a pair of these saw horses and with multiple projects going on at once, I was tired of using the one set, and trying to figure out where to put the project from that set, to starting a new project. I had the first set for a few years and the new set is a welcome addition. These things are well build and work in any weather. Very sturdy and collapsible for easy storage. I can now have two projects going on at once. I might need a third set so I can do three projects at a time. One I use for staining boards, and the other I bought a piece of plywood to make a makeshift work station that is easily movable. When set up, they have a tool/storage tray underneath. Very good deal and very dependable.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from junk I ahould have known better than to buy plastic saw horses. The hinges broke the first time I used them. Junk!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible design - broke after 2 uses During my very first project one of them broke at the hinge that holds each side together. 2nd project same thing happened on THE OTHER sawhorse at exact same fastening point. Both are now useless because without the folding panel holding each side together they can't support much weight. Spend the extra money and get a quality product that will last more than two projects (very minor by the way).
