Rated 5 out of 5Â by Robert Works on brick!!
So the brick around my patio gets really nasty with tree droppings and mold. A power washer alone does not take this stuff off. But I used this Jomax stuff, mixed it with the bleach and water and let it sit for 5 minutes and the nasty black stuff comes right off. Mind you I'm using a pressure washer but I've pressure washed before without Jomax and was unable to get everything off. I'm using a 2700 psi with a 25 deg tip. Hopefully the pictures come through. You can see on the right side by the stairs where I stopped. I'm impressed with this stuff, ps it goes a really long way. Makes 20 gallons which is a TON!!

After all the years I pressure washed for 8hours to clean my siding. I took only 2 hours with this and come out just as good if not better.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by cards works great but with a modification to concentration
Jomax worked great on my white vinyl siding. The mixing directions on the container leave the product a bit diluted so I added more bleach and jomax to my second mix and it worked great. I just wished I had known that from the start because in its more concentrated form it was like magic!

One side of my two story home was turning green with mildew (I'm guessing because it's in full shade and all of the appliance vents are there). Picked up Jomax on the recommendation of a friend. Got a one gallon garden sprayer ($9-$10) to apply it, mixed the solution, and bam! Worked like a champ, I was able to clean the entire side of the house and still have plenty left over! Pick up a gallon of bleach while you're at the store, you'll need it.
