A:  No, QUIKRETE Commercial Grade Permanent Blacktop Repair is specially formulated asphalt cold patch material for repairing holes or cracks over 1 inch in width in asphalt pavements. All sides of the repair area need to be fully confined and rigid to keep the material in place.

A:  Unfortunately, it is not. QUIKRETE® High Performance Blacktop Repair is design to fix potholes where the repair area is square cut /perpendicular to the surface to confine the material for compaction.
