This is the second purchase of the Pioneer mini split heat/air units. The first is still going strong with no problems after 4-5 years, sold it with my shop. Bought again for my new shop and I’m expecting like results. Have recommended to others and will continue to do so.

Perfect for my garage renovation into extra room. Heat & Cool. Best thing is I can turn it low when not in use an it can act as a humidifier for rest cabin when I’m not there.

Good product for a good price

Bought this on sale in December so there was a little delay in getting the unit to the store (Not too bad for this time of year). The unit's installation guide was great and the install went smoothly. It helps to have 2 people when it's time to mount the indoor part as it's a little awkward by yourself. Great value for a 2400 BTU unit. The unit looks good and operates great. Only hiccup was I couldn't find the remote controller User's Manual in the box so had to download it from the Ductlessaire.com web sitel

Nice complete kit, easily installed with decent instructions, the copper lines were quite hard and I had some difficulty bending them on the back of the unit to exit thru the wall. Perhaps it could be improved by using a softer line on the interior unit. There were thin (1/2”j rubber pads for the compressor feet, I used a taller set I bought on the kinda thin feet to keep them away from the concrete & rust.

Heat pump won't work. Called the manufacturer. They sent parts 2 different times told me to have replaced. Nothing worked. 3rd time they said they would send coil never received. Won't stand behind warranty. It's less the 90 days old. Had professional install. Save your money and buy elsewhere

the unit had minor damage were box was hit. I though the heat would be better. It seems to always be defrosting the unit. Only been in for a week. I hope as I finish setting it up, it works a little better

Easy to install, very quite, good choice

Awesome unit and very happy with the results and affordability.

Installation instructions are not that great. No specifics for anything, written more for a professional installer which i may have to hire even though im quite mechanical.

this is an easy install. works great and whats nice is it's all automatic from heat to ac. you never have to change the temperature.

So far so good! Haven’t used the heat yet, but happy with consistency of temperature.

The system has been installed for a month, installation went smooth. The only additional items that I needed to purchase is breaker, wire, disconnect and conduit. You do need a set of guages and vacuum pump to complete the install. I did purchase the additional wifi adapter, the interface is better than others I hvae used.

Purchase this unit for a client due to the sale and according to the description provided had wifi which my client wanted. Unit is quiet and seems to perform but the biggest problem is NO WIFI. Unfortunately unit was all installed. Ended up refunding the client $350 which made it so I spent the entire day working for $150! Not happy at all with this as the normal unit I typically get was only $100 more and it does have wifi. Beware the discription on Home Depots website is inaccurate.

I bought the unit from Home Depot and it’s installation has been a NIGHTMARE. My wife got ill and I tried to hire someone to finish the install. I called 4 HVAC Companies to vacuum the lines and open the valves. Everyone one of them refused to do ANY work on it. If you’re a do it yourselfer and can’t do the entire install, DON’T BUY A MINI SPLIT! You’ll be sorry.
