It doesn't cool, I don't recommend it. Look for a technician. I install it. It's easy to install, but when I start, it cools for 1 hour. It doesn't cool anymore. It can be the plate. I don't recommend it.

Purchased Two of these in 2021 we used for 2 summers for cooling and occasionally turned on the heating during brisk fall/spring mornings... after 2 years of the unit just went dead. Unfortunately I did not register the units when purchasing so the manufacture refuses to cover any part or unit replacement regardless of proof of purchase. Please save your money & get a more reputable mini split!

Buying this 36k Pioneer Mini Split was a great purchase, and works extremely well for Mt garage.

Very happy with this unit. Absolutely easy to DIY install with a few basic tools and following the instructions included. Also watched a few Youtube videos, but really it's as easy as finding the right wall & outside locations, measuring, drilling a hole, feeding the cables, and vacuuming the lines. I also purchased Pioneer's "Kwik-e-vac" line set flushing kit which worked great. The unit is super quiet and cools our room quickly. So far very happy with this purchase.

It was an excellent choice and works very well cost me $400 to install, good brand highly recommend it.

Easy to install... Unit is light weight which made it easy to install when hanging in the air... Functioned great , quiet ... A little vibration at start up... Good price ,quick delivery for pick up at store...

This is only a 9000BTU unit, but cools a large area of my house. The unit is a nice supplement to my main heating system.

This is the second Pioneer mini split air conditioner purchased. The 9000 BTU unit runs continuously for 1 1/2 year. The 12000 BTU unit is mounted in the living room. For the second installation, I shortened the line set, so making double flares with affordable tools post challenges. I work in facility maintenance, so installations are non-issue. HVAC contractor charges upward of $5000 for mini split air conditioner installation; so if it's not for self-install, I probably would have looked at central air conditioner.

Installation is simple and unit works great. Not a project for everyone as gauges and a vacuum pump are needed to make ready for use.

Very easy to install, but you will need a vacuum pump and some AC gauges to do the project. This unit came with all the parts you need, wire, hoses, copper pipe. you will need to buy a cover kit for the outside pipes

The Pioneer 24,000 BTU exceeded all expectations and makes for a great home investment and comfort.

We had to return the first one, after it had been installed. It worked the first day, but did not cool at all the next time we needed it. Good thing is, the online service rep was able to get us a 10% discount, as the unit cost increased by almost $100, since we bought the first one.
