I bought this for my 400 sq ft casita. It's a converted barn with gorgeous rafters I didn't want to cover up so has no ceiling insulation. It's staying cool & comfy in 105 degree Texas summer. Whisper quiet too!

Excellent product I really like it

I installed this unit in my garage to give me a place to complete projects out of the heat and cold. So far the AC is doing great. I love it.

Excellent quality unit, easy to install

I bought this for small room and within a month its started leaking from outside unit and it was big headache for me. I was thinking saved some money choosing minisplit AC. I read reviews and decided to go with poineer one but to much trouble firts for installation and then unit problem and pioneer customer service also burst they are not helping to fix or replace . They are charge 300-400$ for replacement. I am not happy with this product and recommending anyone to buy.

It's quiet indoor unit. Even the outdoor unit is suprisingly quiet. It cool pretty well during some hot days. Overall, I love it.

Works great! Cools my pole barn,24x32, nicely, now I can work in there comfortably even on those hot days! Fairlyeasy install too.

One work for one week. The other didn't work at all.

Awesome unit,, super quiet

It is running but does not produce much air or cooling. After running for a couple of hours, it stops running.

Everything worked like it was supposed to.

Easy install, I installed by myself in a day.works great. Works great in my 3 car garage with the AZ heat.

It doesn't cool, I don't recommend it. Look for a technician. I install it. It's easy to install, but when I start, it cools for 1 hour. It doesn't cool anymore. It can be the plate. I don't recommend it.

Purchased Two of these in 2021 we used for 2 summers for cooling and occasionally turned on the heating during brisk fall/spring mornings... after 2 years of the unit just went dead. Unfortunately I did not register the units when purchasing so the manufacture refuses to cover any part or unit replacement regardless of proof of purchase. Please save your money & get a more reputable mini split!
