Topnotch Service
We achieved our goal of getting the best deal for our floor remodeling project with the help of your diligent staff. Bee Stinson at the flooring department went above and beyond her duties to help us sort out discrepancies in the initial quote. She made the necessary phone calls and applied all the necessary discounts that were available. As a result, we were very happy to walk away with a more or less $500 discount on our flooring. We are so happy. Kudos to Assistant Manager Charles too.

Mismanagement And Rudeness
On 03-04-23 placed the measurement order to replace 2nd floor carpet. Measurements done on 03-07-23 & been told that I’ll get a call or email for quote in a day. I didn’t get any call and after three days I visited New Albany store to figure that out. The flooring person gave me the 3rd party installer’s phone number instead of quote. I called customer service on 03-13-23 & said the quote was ready 3 days ago and said I don’t know why no body forwarded it to you. “Polina” from New Albany store is very rude and she didn’t care what’s going on and hung up on me when I called to ask her for rapid installation because my moving company bring the furniture in on Monday 03-20-23 someone really need to listen that phone call if it was recorded I already payed for installation even my material was more than $699, she need some training that how to treat and behave with your customers! I got the installation date of 03-28-23 almost a month after the measurements order wow! I will never get my flooring installed again from the Home Depot
