The store is always neat and clean the associates are very well trained to help you find what you need to complete your project everyone is very friendly. It is always a positive experience shopping at Home Depot

Very clean store; employee knowledge about products was very good and associates were friendly, very helpful and made sure I was taken care of, and satisfied.

Employee's always treat you with respect. Sometimes they are out of what you need. But the staff is what makes this Home Depot shine. It's rare to find good employees in Albany, GA.

The Customer service is outstanding they strive to resolve your problem regardless of how complicated.

The store is always clean and easy to navigate. All store personnel greet you as you enter the store. If I do have a concern, someone is always close by and ready to assist.

The store is easy to find things and the purchase process is easy. The clerk that helped me, even though it wasn't her section, was very knowledgeable and very helpful.

Employees were really helpful, I just don't don't like that the only checkouts open were self checkout. If I have to scan and bag my stuff I feel there should be a discount.

The front line of this store is amazing ! They are always willing to help us find anything we couldn’t find in the aisles before going up the the register. I have amazing service whenever I come up here

I usually enjoy shopping in the garden area, but recently had a very nice experience shopping for carpeting. Good carpet at a more reasonable price. I have been consistently helped by pleasant employees.

Paul was extremely helpful in helping me out today. He was so friendly and explained out anything I had questions to. It was definitely an experience I won't forget! Thank you Paul! :)

Every time I enter the store I'm greated by many wonderful Home Depot team members . Ms. Jessie, Dean, Ashanti's,Viridiniana, Dustin, Valerie, Walter, Angela, Ahrion, Shantia, Baily, & many other great team members. It feels good every time I enter the store. Know I will likly get everything i need. Weather it be something in overhead storage or a online order. I love my Home Depot. Thank y'all for everything you do to make my day a little easier. I truly appreciate it.

The store was clean and the aisles were arranged and labeled in a manner that made it easier to locate the items I was looking for. The associates were all friendly and most helpful.

I was able to get the assistance I needed with the help of Pro Department Supervisor, Mr. Michael Holloway. He explained how I could actually save money. I also love the greetings that I receive each time I walk into the store and it is extra nice when you see a familiar Home Depot Worker.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. We had several questions and were lost as to what we should do and need. we were guided by the staff and helped narrow down what we needed.

Such a nice visit, didn't have to search for someone to assist me, and then they went with me to locate the item that I needed. Great customer service in each department.

Best place in town for DIY items. this from a long time loyal Lowes fan. Sales people are so very helpful, and the Saturday work shop for kids is fantastic.

The employees walking around the store did not offer to help or even greeted. This is the First Home Depot that hired employees that doesn't greet its customers. I will never ever go back to that Store.

I can always count on your associate, Angela, in the paint department to help me with my paint needs. She is courteous, friendly, and has a sense of humor when I walk in with a different paint sample!

I have been a customer for at least 8 years and have always been treated with friendliness and courtesy. The store is clean and organized. There is always an ample supply and variety of inventory of any item that I was looking for. Sales associates have always been helpful with suggestions and/or personally directing me to the location of whatever I was looking for. I would have given a 5-star rating except for a recent experience of having my ID profile information challenged which was odd, since an "online update inquiry" would have been more appropriate and considerate of my time. I was in a rush that day to reach a scheduled appointment elsewhere.

STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND SEEMS WELL ORGANIZED. ALWAYS SEEMS TO BE SOMEONE WILLING TO HELP YOU CLOSE BY WHEN YOU NEED IT. SEEMS EVERYONE IS ALWAYS HAPPY AND CHEERFUL.
