Excellent customer service in the appliance department. The treatment and consideration was far above and beyond any we have received elsewhere.

The Associate, Lori, was so helpful and solved my window covering design problem. She made it a very pleasant experience!!!

We had a long list of items to purchase and David kindly helped us source products that you did not carry! WOW! talk about fantastic customer service. I likened the experience to "The Miracle on 34th Street". There is a scene where the Macy's Santa knew that Macy's did not carry a specific toy and knew that Kimballs did have it in stock. He told the customer where to find it! That excellent and caring customer service. We wil not consider going anywhere else!

Every time I go into this store there is always someone there to help me find what I am looking for and all of my questions are always answered!

I live approximately 18 miles away from Home Depot but it's always worth the drive. Both my wife and I appreciate the fact that we can take our dog into the store with us. The associates are always friendly and willing to help[ any way they can. The store is always clean and well stocked. Rest rooms are also well maintained, Over all our experience at the Auburn store is always positive, keep up the GOOD work!!!

Every visit to Home Depot, I am helped by knowledgeable associates. From walking into the door to walking out, people are friendly and happy to be of service.

Yesterday and today I hade great help from the associates. Yesterday it was a young man that was doing some re-stocking up high. Unfortunately didn't catch his name. He was very helpful with my questions and actually show me where to find what I was looking for. Today's visit I had to wait for the associate to come by for a little while. When he showed up he was very helpful also and very knowledgeable. Again didn't catch his name.

Consistently out of stock in plumbing and electrical parts. Recent online order arrived at this location damaged, no status or notice after one month. Had to pay again to repurchase item and then check back daily to receive credit for 1st order that was damaged.

Friendly cashiers and good products overall. Aisles are cluttered though, but I found what I needed quickly.

For some reason, I am always needing maintenance items for my home and work. Home Depot is easy to work with and has almost everything you might need to maintain your home and office.

I like the selection and price of bird seeds available here.

Some of the products I was looking for were not offered. Also, the sales representative was not aware the Home Depot offered one product.

It was MY WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THE ELECTRIC DEPARTMET HELP. The main associate in charge of the department wouldn't even give eye contact, acted like I was on his way to do whatever he was doing. Pointed were the items I needed were and had his assistant show me my second item in a VERY DISRESPECTFULL ATTITUDE as though saying I don't have time for you, FOR A CUSTOMER??, who does he think he is?? I dont think Home Depot needs that type of persons/associates to handle customers. Almos like it is too much for for them TO HELP A CUSTOMER. PEOPLE LIKE THAT. The assistant was almost as bad but not quite as bad I guess trying to show his boss that he was AS BAD. Betweeen the two of them like making fun of my electric inexperience which I admit I haven't done much electrical work at all.

I came to the store looking for a specific freezer, which was not in stock. The associate I spoke with was extremely helpful and friendly. He found the item for me... found that he could match a competitors price, and scheduled a delivery in the next few days. Cant get it much easier than that.

I've noticed it's hard to find someone to help you in this store and they don't ask if you need help if they aren't helping someone else. Also there's too much stuff in the aisles, it should be in a central location so it's easier for carts to get around.

The store associate got our house key confused with someone else's during the duplication process. He seemed way too unconcerned about us having to travel back the 20 or so miles to the store if he gave us the wrong key and we were unable to get into our home. Very sad customer service. We did not appreciate the lack of concern, especially with the way gas prices are these days.

I zipped in and zipped out with help from associates on shelving location and even help load shelving on flat cart without asking. Great store.

We went in for some specific septic supplies (which we found), but then also found a very knowledgeable and friendly Hoover product representative demonstrating use of an airbag vacuum, and decided to purchase it! Kudos to Home Depot for allowing product representatives in their storerooms.

Things we clean and relatively easy to find but the item we wanted was not in-stock. An associate directed us to the Customer Service Desk for help ordering the item. The Rep had a terrible attitude and seemed highly inconvenienced to order something from online for us. He made it clear he did not want to help us type the information in. Ultimately, we did not order the item because of his attitude. Everyone else we dealt with was superb.

Auburn Home Depot is always full of friendly associates willing to help. It's always nice to see familiar faces. Ashley in paint is fantastic! Sandy the cashier is awesome! Happy to have HD in our neighborhood(:

Aubun store is not my usual HD, but the staff and service were good.

There may not always be an assistant as soon as I would like but the store is clean and always has what I need.

Bought a wine barrel for plants, was told the wood would expand with water but it did not. Will be taking this item back. It was on sale, they should have been giving these away the quality was so bad. Was also trying to find an associate in the door dept. There was only one person & he was with another customer and wouldn't even acknowledge me. This has happened to me several times in this dept., I've been trying a few times to get info and can't find anyone to help me. The aisles were VERY crowded with stuff that I guess Home Depot wanted to get rid of like washers, dryers, microwaves, etc. People with big carts had a hard time and it was a bad situation. The store could probably be better organized so the aisles aren't so crowded.

Workers helped me right away very nice people Can always find the items I need

Overall experience was good. I little crowded when I went but checkout was fast.
