Everything you want in a store, clean, friendly, and great product selections. Great safety standards- clean and safe in aisles that were blocked off and use of spotters for stocking

I love this store, the employees are all very friendly they call people by there name, you can feel that great atmosphere.

The garden area was neat and clean, I was not the only customer. The employees were poite and really made the effort to give help. Loaded up my vehicle and wished us a great evening. This was an awesome experience, buying a christmas tree. The employees did it all. I just got in my vehicle and drove away. Thank you

My only complaint is the music they play gives me a headache each time I visit because I think the type of music selected is for younger generation.

Staff is knowledgeable and helpful, tools I was in search of were readily available.

This Home Depot in Barstow is really great to have in our small city. Having this store in Barstow makes it very convenient to get all the things we need without having to drive all the way to Victorville every time we have to buy something from Home Depot. The associates here are always very helpful to me when I'm having trouble finding something I need and the check out cashiers are always very kind, professional and helpful as well. The store is also very clean and orderly and has an overall pleasing layout where everything is easy to find. There are plenty of cashiers at the registers so things move smoothly and quickly for the times we might be in a hurry. I also like it when they help us load items that might be heavy to lift. I appreciate this Home Depot for being in Barstow and helping to supply our citizens with all their home improvement needs. Thank you again and I highly recommend this Home Depot to everyone who needs a highly convenient location, highly affordable quality supplies and professional services!

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by one of the employees name Evette and she took me to the item I purchased and gave me helpful hints on that item also. I was so satisfied that I went and brought my wife back to the store. She loved it also

We were transporting an aircraft from Calif for a non-profit Colorado kids aviation workshop, and the trailer carrying the plane was tipped over by high winds in Barstow, CA. HD store there allowed us to bring the plane into the lumber area (protected from the winds) and provided tools and assistance so we could remove the tail from the plane. With tail off, we could safely continue the trip to Colorado. Store Asst Mgr. Mike and his crew of Will, Mike, Phillip and Dylan could not have been more helpful - they even gave us a Home Depot Foundation $25 gift certificate to cover most of the supplies we needed to re-secure items on the trailer. Thank you Thank you Thank you from the High-Country Aviation Workshop for Kids, Mack Mesa Airport, Mack, Colorado.

I really hope that Home Depot investgates the possibilty of developing a hobby and crafts department. It Would allow the retired hobbie and the youths, grandchildren, etc. to buy gifts, and personal indiviuals to expand their craft and wood working skills. Also with the friendly associates at Home Depot Hobbies Department. The over-all Home Depot would appeal to a much wider cross section of the family. I really believe it would be a wonderful and natural addition to our Home Depot's. (HOME DEPOT HOBBIES)

The associates are ready to help and knowledgeable about the store. They are patient too!

The reason I cannot give the store a 5 rating is due to the cashier (Lauren) who assisted us. When we went to the cash wrap her and another worker were gossiping and joking. The worker who was joking with the cashier as she was walking away told Lauren "I would cuss at you, but I have my apron on" or something along those lines. The phone rang while we were being checked out. Lauren answered and was on the phone most of the time we were being rung up. Being in the phone distracted her and caused her to scan our vanity twice. When this mistake was pointed out to her she rolled her eyes and failed to offer an apology. After we made our payment, we stood by the door to check our receipt. That is when we discovered the cashier failed to give us two items we had paid for. My fiance went back ti grab the items. The cashier just looked at him, but again no apology. She appeared to be busy gossiping with the same worker from earlier. The cashier should be refreshed on customer service. The associate who helped us with a return was very friendly along with the one who assisted us on the floor.

The customer service at the Barstow Home Depot is the best! The employees are knowledgeable and helpful and they don't let me just roam around forever before they offer to help me. All of the advice I have been given in regard to my purchases has been spot on. And since I know almost nothing about household maintenance, but have recently been forced to learn, I really appreciate Home Depot's help in making my decisions. I have been helped by associates in cleaning supplies, electrical, plumbing, hardware, appliances, gardening and lumber. Every single experience was a good one and I got exactly what I needed. They are also super friendly. I like this Home Depot the best of all of the Home Depots I have been to.
