With excellent employees that are friendly, helpful and knowledge of products and helpful instructions who would need to go elsewhere? I mostly know what I'm doing but always open for new products, best solution for my task, helpful people and even available disability carts to use in that huge place. Jose and Bianca in tools, Art in hardware made my shopping so much better. Parking lot assistance was great and prices better than most. Variety of merchandise and fast checkout is great too.

There is a few rude and not friendly cashiers at this location.

Great floral experience

It took 1:15 before anyone started loading the mulch I purchased.

The Home Depot is in a great location and will be my first stop to find anything needed because of the clean, well stocked, friendly service. Having a Home Depot credit card is also great.

Our kitchen designer Jennifer A. continues to provide constant support on our kitchen order. She never fails to be there for us. A major problem we had was quickly addressed by Siriah and Joel. We will return and recommend others.

I used curb side assistance and still had to go in the store to tell them I was outside. What is that???!!! I followed the directions on the sign and waited and finally decided to go inside. Other stores provide curbside service and you wait in your car and the products, food is brought to you. When I went in the store the cashier had an attitude and responded as if I didnt follow directions. It's not that hard and how dare they blame me for not getting proper service.

The store is always fully stocked and staffed with extremely friendly helpful employees. The cashier, Jeanette is always warm and friendly. She provides details for all store offered benefits with a big smile. She delivers customer service with respect, warmth and happiness. I'm comfortable shopping in this store. I absolutely love our neighborhood Home Depot. The staff is professional, attentive and courteous. My husband and I are seniors, and we own rental property. We make minor repairs ourselves, so Home Depot is our go to store. The staff is both informative and patient, important qualities needed, when assisting "novice" fixer uppers.

They are SO NICE here. I’ve been to lots of other Home Depot locations in the area and this is always the most pleasant. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable.

I visited Homedepot on 10.28.20 I had an awesome experience. I had five places to go and I stopped here at the calumet city store and I was out in less then 30 minutes. The employees assisted me from my entrance into the store until I checked out. I was on my way and made good time. I had to work and I had time to get home and relax before work. Thanks Calumet city employees. Job well done!!!!

I was well attended by associates, cashier Amanda is very efficient, customer friendly and service oriented, and so was cashier Mellisa on my 2nd trip in a day. The associate Kendel was fabulous to help put my very heavy items in the car both times. Hard working and friendly team. Keep up the good work.

I have been going to Home Depot for years now. It have always been a good location for me. over the years it has constantly improved. the customer is excellent. I really like how well the store has maintained a safe envioronment during covid 19 pandemic.
