Great store to shop at, ALWAYS has everything I need to start/complete a project

Most of my visits to Home Depot end with some of the younger male associates not offering assistance. The older 40+ yr olds and most of the women are always offering assistance.

The mentioned area is in my neighborhood,so I will do my part in assuring services I n I my area through patronage.

I always have the best experience at this Home Depot. I am usually asked by more than one associate if I need help. The associates are friendly and knowledgeable. By far my favorite Home Depot.

Thanks to Heather and Valerie for making the return of flooring and the purchase of a replacement choice a pleasant experience. Their knowledge and kindness made for a smooth transaction. Thanks to Heather I was even able to transfer the special financing offer from the original sale to the new one. Great job girls!!

The store was very clean, and easy to walk through the isles.

I simply love Home depot. There is always someone there to help you. Why shop anywhere else!

The deadbolt lock on my front door had broken and I needed it replaced "now". I took the old deadbolt lock off the door and headed for Home Depot. I asked a cashier where to find a deadbolt lock and she directed me to isle 17 in the Hardware Department. She asked if I needed an associate to help me and I said yes. When I reached the hardware department an associate was right there to greet and assist me. I showed him my old deadbolt lock and he picked out a lock that was comparable to my old one. He then asked if I was going to use the keys that come with the new lock or did I want to use the old keys? I had not given this detail a thought. I asked, "Can I use my old key in this new lock?" The associate explained to me how this was possible, to my astonishment. I'm still in disbelief that it was possible. In case you don't know how to do this, you should take the time to investgate. Very interesting.

I slipped on oil and fell while walking into the store by the contractors door.I tried for two days to call and talk to a manager but not one picked up the phone.

I had a great experience picking up a couple of small items. The sales associates and cashier "Joan" were very helpful. Will be my first choice for home supplies.

Home Depot is run and managed by doers, thinkers, and makers from all industries and experience with building, repairing and manufacturing. I find the employees in this store are the most knowledgeable, helpful, and aware of where I can find what I need for any project at home or for the job.

Again, your employee Susi was very helpful the electrical department for my purchase of a outside lightning fixture.

If you can become addicted to a home improvement store; this is the one. Each time I visit and need assistance, it is not long before help is on the way. Most of the associates take pride in satisfying customers from choosing light bulbs, to the purchase of major appliances.

The store is well organized and the Associates are great, they are very helpful, friendly, and pretend not to rush just because there is another Custer who is waiting to ask a billion questions like me. The associates are very helpful. Thank you Ms. Wendy!

The associate saw me looking around and walked up to me and asked me if I needed any help. That does not happen all the time in other stores.

ALWAYS LESS CROWDED THAN OTHER STORES, CAN GET OUT QUICKER

I didn't know quite what I was looking nice for until an associate gladly helped me.

Associates are always friendly and easy to find if you need assistance or have a question. I usually end up browsing after finding everything on my list because I enjoy finding potential products I might need or want during my home renovation next year.

Store experience was excellent. My only issue was that I just had surgery and I could not pick up items to place in my car. Had to get my wife and son to put in car. Associate said someone would be out side to help but there was none to be found. Other than that, the experience was great.

The staff at Edgewood HD are very knowledgeable and friendly regardless of what dept you shop in. If they can't help you they get someone who can with no hesitation.

the ladies in the Garden Center were very pleasant and friendly. Cashier Karen - kxy2489 is one of the most friendliest cashiers at this location.

Store was very clean and had a much better selection of flower pots than the store in BelAir. Associate during check out was helpful, friendly and definitely made me want to shop there again!

Order flooring online. They had it ready in an hour faster then I expected. When I arrived I spent les then 5 min in the store total and had help loaded my truck just as fast.

My entire family shops at Home Depot...2 sons, 4 adult grand children and me. My latest "fun" experience was yesterday when my grand daughter and I shopped for her home and my home. She needed advice about counter tops and how to pursue the purchase. She received excellent information from an experienced lady back in the kitchen area. Then it was up to the paint counter where she received excellent assistance with a paint purchase while I sat in a lawn chair in the yard furntiure area. Next, we went about getting household cleaning products for my home. The next stop was millwork where we chatted about what type of wood to buy for her living room and dining room new baseboards. When we approached the automated checkout, a cashier stepped forward to assist us. She was friendly and helped us a lot. Thanks, Home Depot. It was a very pleasant venture.

I was able to shop an pickup all the items I needed quickly, at a fair price.
