I had a great experience in this store and wouldn't go any where else but to this store location. It can get busy but it's busy because everyone loves this location and will wait in a line at this location rather then going to any other store for the not so good customer service when they can get it right at this store.

After trying out the Ryobi 40v trimmer, I had made the decision to pick up a Ryobi 20" 40V push mower. I had limited access to a vehicle best suited for picking up such a large item. Once at the store, there were none on the shelf. Danielle at the Customer Service counter informed me that inventory showed 4 in stock and she called Bill to the front counter. Bill must have spent 15 minutes or more tracking it down. Turns out they were still on the delivery trailer and they pulled if from the front of the trailer for me. I truly appreciate the effort and time Bill spent helping me. He didn't hesitate one second to start the search once I had explained the situation. Afterwards, Gracyn quickly rang up the item and I was quickly on my way. All 3 employees represented Home Depot in the best way and they should be commended for their high level of customer service, patience and understanding. Regarding Ryobi, I have had nothing but great service from all my Ryobi tools as well. So glad Home Depot carries them. No doubt, I will be visiting the store to purchase more products in time.

The personnel at this location are always polite and extremely helpful. I have never had a negative experience at this store.

Rental store does not have a clear rental timing policy. I did follow the instruction for timing of the equipment return but the other clerk overcharged me. Sad.

I personally do not believe in using self-check-out takes away needed cashiers

They have alot of tools to rent. The people are friendly. Check your receipt before paying, I had several items missing or wrong. I had propacks of moulding where one board was 4ft shorter than the others, 10 things completely left off my order, they changed computers twice while entering my order at the pro-desk. One item the skew number must have been entered wrong and I got something I didn't need nor want. The in-stock carpet took 3 weeks to special order while I stayed at a hotel to the tune of 1200.00 a week for the confusion. The dishwasher was a great buy, delivered and installed quickly by very professional and courteous people. However, they won't install any kitchen cabinets for me because I have granite counter tops. Seems like you guys were supposed to be the "Pros"! I was at the pro-service desk it clearly said so. The lady was very nice and she stayed over 30 minutes to complete, yet mess up, my order because she started it way before her time off. She kept helping customers while entering the skews and moving my order from one computer to another, I believe that is how things got messed up! They need more help at the pro-service desk. Lots more help. So many people didn't even get helped that day. She said it is always that busy. So hire some more people!!!!!!!

A friendly place to shop for all you need. I always happy and feel good to shop in this place.

The cashiers and paint associates are super knowledgeable and friendly

I'm in here a lot and every time they always have what I need nd are very helpful.

I have to say that every time that I have gone to this store, mostly early evening I have gotten the best service in regards to plumbing assistance. I do most all my plumbing repairs and have received guidance and good alternative information from the in store plumbers. I have gained a lot of additional knowledge from these plumbers just by discussion in store. Thanks to Tommie one of the in store plumbers!!!

All associates were very helpful. I found what I was looking for and will be back again.

This is my Home Store. Even Bear & Fred prefers to go to this store & recognizes it when we get in the parking lot & they start jumping up & down in the car or truck & barking because they know they will be getting in a cart & people will be petting them. And almost everyone in the store knows them by name. I live closer to the Orange Park store but the folk are friendlier here!

Mz. Donna in the appliance department is top notch. Ask for her and have a great experience buying your next new appliance. She is knowledgeable and you will be glad to have such a professional helping you make your decision.

If you are looking for gardening supplies and live in Murray Hill, just drive up to Home Depot. They have a much better selection compared to Lowes.

The store is always clean and neat and the people are always very helpful.

Friendly and fast, but would like to see the product out on the shelf so I always have to hunt someone down and they don't have to always hunt a machine down to pull it from the top shelf. Thank yiu

Home Depot Lane Avenue, Jacksonville FL is one of the busiest stores in our city. Despite amount of traffic they have each day, they seem to keep materials stocked as needed and the employees are helpful.

Over all this Home Depot is friendly and helpful. The garden center needs attention. Plants are too dry or sitting in water. Noticed a abundance of fungus on flowers.

I shop here all the time. I like the service I get because the people are helpful to me. I also like the payment options open to me. And the Military Discount that I receive saves me money.
