When I entered the store I was greeted with good customer service and was asked if I needed help

The store was clean and the workers where very friendly.

My husband and I are doing a whole house renovation and have gotten most of our supplies at Home Depot. The employees are always available and very helpful and they seem to like their jobs. In contrast to other stores I never hear them complaining openly (I can’t stand that and will make me reconsider shopping a particular store if I feel the employees are disgruntled!) Returns, if necessary, are quick and easy. We applied for a credit card recently and the process took minutes. When employees are happy then it’s a big reflection on good management. Please keep it up! Good customer service is hard to find. We now consider Home Depot our home away from home!

If you are in need of a knowledgeable and personable sales person in the Appliance Department, I highly recommend visiting with Frederick Bass. I recently purchased a Microwave Oven, Vent Hood and Range, and was very satisfied with his service, knowledge of the products and the whole Home Depot purchasing & delivery experience.

I wish I had asked for the names of those assisting me but I didn't. The representative (male) who helped me in the light bulb entry isle was very approachable and helped me with my issue from beginning to end providing me with information regarding each product. Sadly, the representative (female) in the bathroom fixtures isle acted as if I didn't exist :/ Eh, kind of turned me off so I didn't purchase my bathroom vanity today.

The employees are great! They are extremely helpful, offering assistance and repeatedly asking if they can help me. The store is always clean. I’ve never had a bad experience at this store. I feel as if they go above and beyond to help everyone. I really think that all of the employees truly love their job!

A great experience from the start. It had been an awful day - awake at 4am sopping water up from a busted hot water heater. Went online and found exactly what we needed. Went to the store, was greeted and shown the way to the hot water heater aisle. JOHN came right away to talk with us to determine what we needed. Listened to us and provided immeasurable knowledge and excellent advice. He even loaded the hot water heater onto the cart for us. The cashier was so kind and friendly. Then, a very nice older man helped us load it into the truck. A great experience from start to finish.

What I needed was easy to find and what I couldnt find myself, they took me rite to it! store is clean and well organized. Will definately be going back in the future!

I am a 64 year old woman who was able to hook up a new dryer (from Home Depot) with the help of an associate. This is in a new mobile home so all I had was a hole in the floor. I had to run the duct under the house and out the skirting. It took all day but it looks good and works perfectly. The people in this store are friendly and knowledgeable about what they are selling. The selection here is great and, if they don’t have it, they can get it in a couple of days. While this store has everything a professional builder needs, it has everything for everyday people like me. If you have a project to do, you can find what you need at this store.

I am putting together an automatic watering system for my garden and flower beds and was able to get all the remaining parts needed to complete it. The associates were able to help me put it together from my drawings and parts I had purchased in Texas before moving back to La. The store had everything needed and some. All the parts were easy to find because of the displays and the associates keeping the product in the correct bins.

Since I just purchased the Ryobi Electric Lithium battery One + and the Ryobi Blower combo I haven't had the opportunity yet to try the trimmer, however I did try out the blower and it works great. I love the very "light weight" that both products are. I am almost 70 years old, and am tired of having to tackle a 100 foot extension cord. I love Ryobi and have several of their products. Great thoughtful associates and service. Thank you Home Depot

I bought a clothes dryer today! The lady who helped me made it so easy! She was so knowledgeable about the appliances! And she saw that someone was there to load it for me!! And the price(it was on sale) was so much cheaper than anywhere else!!
