On several different occasions, I had plumbing challenges of non-routine nature. Each time I had to ask for assistance as I couldn't figure it out myself. Every time, a HD Plumbing specialist solved my problem almost immediately. Saved me a lot of time.

This store seems to be very friendly everytime. I visit 3/4 days a week for items.

I received good recommendations for products I was looking for.

Stephen was in the tool rental area when I came in to rent a floor drum sander. I found his instructions concise and understandable, his estimate of sanding materials was perfect, and he expedited the entire transaction.

The store always has what you need. The employees always are very helpful. They go out of their way to help. The rental depart employees also are very helpful to show you how to use the tools.

Excellent customer service provided by Beth. she is always willing to assist customers and is a role model for Home Depot's values.

When I was checking out, the cashier was short & cold, so I requested a manager, & a "head cashier" appeared, & she, too, offered me no solutions/explanations. After 15min, your store's "Operations Manager" showed up, & I'm sorry she did, b/c sadly for a manager, she was even more cold, detached & seemed to care even less about explaining to me a price discrepancy, nor even giving the appearance of empathy or concern. Customer relations are "Manager 101," no? Or is losing a PRO at your local ok?

MICHELLE IN THE GARDEN SECTION IS THE BEST. SHE IS FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND UNDERSTANDS YOUR NEEDS AND PUTS IT IN LAYMAN'S TERMS SO YOU UNDERSTAND. SHE GIVES YOU SEVERAL OPTIONS AND PERSONALIZES IT SO YOU MAKE THE RIGHT CHOICE. SHE HAS NEVER STEARED ME WRONG. I TRACK HER DOWN EVERY TIME I NEED ASSISTANCE WITH A LAWN/GARDEN SITUATION. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU TRACK HER DOWN AND WAIT FOR HER IF NEEDED. WELL WORTH IT!!!

I visited the Garden Mart. It was stocked(as I expected it would be) we were able to find everything we went in for. Then came the best part, Ylana the cashier, she had greeted me on the way in with a smile, I like that. I had to give her a hug before leaving.

Bought a large ticket item and was very pleased with the help of the associate. When I had a question she wasn't able to answer she got in touch with the distributor to get the answer.

I have always had excellent customer service at this Home Depot. An item I was trying to purchase had been placed in the incorrect box on the aisle and the price was half of what it should have been. When I went through the self-checkout, I was surprised to see the higher dollar amount. Two associates quickly assisted me and found out that the item had been misplaced on the aisle. They honored the price I thought the item was and were both very friendly and professional through the whole process. I highly recommend this Home Depot.

I had very specific and unique requirements for the length and pitch of hardware required for my antique pulls and knobs. I went into the store unsure if Home Depot could meet my requirements which included custom cutting screws to a specific length. Much to my surprise the associate in the Rental Tool Department was able to cut my hardware to spec and did it free of charge. Another associate spent the time I needed to locate additional hardware with the specific pitch and length. I left the store with everything I needed to complete my project that afternoon, Their customer service greatly exceeded my expectations!

Several associates greeted me as I walked around . I was able to find my products right away with the help of the store associates. Check out was fast and the staff professional.

My husband and I recently bought our home and have been frequent shoppers at the Newark De Home Depot. We are always satisfied with our shopping experiences, the staff is very helpful and friendly.
