Friendly service and decently priced, good products.

Very clean and well stocked store. Cashier Patty and other floor help was very knowledgeable and are very friendly.

Nice cashier. Plenty of workers to load merchandise.

I like going to store where you get treated nicely and with respect.

Home Depot is the only large Home Improvement Store that I go to! It's clean, organized and the employees are very nice and helpful! Not to mention the fact that the prices are pretty good, too!

Always have what I need when I go online or in person.More help on the floor than other stores.Orders and in store pickups are fast and easy. Prices seem to be inline also.Keep up the good work.

Plenty of product options for whatever you need . The staff here super friendly and courteous always willing to go that extra step to help out the guest .

I cant say enough about the Paint and other staff members in the store. I am doing a major remodel and their expertise and willing to help is just above and beyond any expectation I had. When I seen the effort and know how they brought to the table, I invested in the very best grade of paint available knowing it would be awsome and last for years. Thank you very much

Every time I have gone into this store the employees are always asking "Can I help you find something. They also go out of their way to fulfill special request, and help me load my truck. Clean store, friendly helpful employees, all you can ask for. This is the only store that I go to. Also very appreciative of the military discount.

I just wish that whenever it is mulch season your store actually had sufficient help outside to be of assistance. i always have to go in the store and wait to ask for assistance and then wait again for someone to come forward and believe me it takes awhile. People have a life and can't just wait an extra 20 or 30 min. for help.

I have visited the Niles ,Ohio location twice within the last 2 weeks. The customer service was great!!!! From getting keys made to getting the tape I needed for my repairs. I didn’t have to HUNT for an employee they were visible and asking me if I needed help. I will continue to shop at this location. I also went to your competitor last week and couldn’t find anyone to help me.

Since I have made some large purchases for my paint co. One of the managers helped me out considerably. Then gave me a HOME DEPOT PRO HAT. This little act of consideration has kept me as a loyal customer for years. THIS IS MY HOME DEPOT STORE. I always say i'm a HOME Depot MAN. The other departments have associates that always go the extra mile. Almost always suggest that they would walk over to the item that I'm asking about, instead of just pointing out where the item is. The paint department will do anything to match your paint color, even if you have a very old or small sample to work with. Kitchen decor, hallway decor, bathroom decor, and the buying and installing of carpet. In these areas all associates helped be through the whole home remodeling process.they are always there for all my home needs.They even increased my credit to assist in my future purchases.THANK YOU NILES HOME DEPOT FOR BEING THERE..MAKE THE DIFFERENCE..

Its a nice store. I enjoy shopping there. However the general design of the store is a pain in the butt. I understand why the entrance and exits are laid out some distance from each other, but it's inconvenient for the customer. To buy a light bulb, I had to either park near the entrance, walk to the cashiers at the exit and walk to the car at the entrance. Or, park at the exit, walk to the entrance... Or park at the exit, enter the exit walk to the bulbs (near the entrance), walk to the cashiers, then out the exit to the car. Either way, Home Depot customers get plenty of exercise.

I am starting to love my Home Depot. We are starting to use it a lot and I am figuring out where everything is. They don't change the products around all the time, so I don't get lost in the store, like other stores do.

Store is clean shelves stocked and employees are helpful.

What a great place to shop! Love the neatness of the store & the friendliness of the staff. We've always been happy with the help of the employees there. And the cashier....very nice young man. And to see that we get the military discount is always a plus! Hats off to Home Depot employees for a job well done!

Niles Home Depot is the best. They always have what I need and a very helpful and friendly staff.
