I came in fustrated and then watched another consumer talk disprespectfully to your associate. I was mortified. He handled this irate consumer perfectly. Then the same Manager Darrell came over to help me. DARRELL IS AMAZING! Where did this guy come from? Clone him! He walked me over to the Lawn Stringers and explained the differences. WOW! This guy listens to consumers, learns their needs and provides in-depth knowledge and kind assistance ... and ends by saying "If you have any questions come back and see me". Went to get a sample. custom paint . obtained from Home Depot in 2013 i was very pleased with the reps at the paint desk. Very helpful, prompt service and delivered as requested.

Loved the self-checkout. Not 50 characters yet OK.

all was fine, everything was where the associate said it was.

Like I said It's always a pleasant and wonderful shopping experience when I shop at Home Depot.

Bought three appliances. Great help from the sales rep.

The store is always clean and the employees go out of their way to help you even if one has questions.

Someone told me a joke - "If you're at home depot and someone offers to help - you know that they don't work there" The systems asks how often I go to the store - I said yearly - the real answer is I try to avoid the store especially since they opened a Lowes down the street.

My mother and I go to Home Depot every Saturday at 6:30am. Every Saturday I always need either the last item or on a top shelf. The associates are always willing to help regardless of the time (from getting the item down and to my car). I recently had a large return and the associate was not upset at all. If I was her and it was 6:30am - I'd be livid. She smiled and helped me through it. Highly recommend this location.

I prefer to go to the Fairfield store since the parking lot lighting at Norwalk is not bright enough for my liking

Was approached and offered help without having to search for it. Associate was really knowledgeable about the different appliances, what was in stock and the entire purchase and delivery process. Everything went smoothly and quickly.

I have gone to the Norwalk, CT several times this week. 90% of the time an associate was there to assist you. However, I came across an associate who was in way over his head in tools. Was unable to answer my questions about the product and once during our conversation he read off the box to me. Except for that episode. The cashiers were very helpful and even had a sense of humor.

I was looking for a brass adapter in the plumbing section. As usual there were many items out of place and a few opened packages with missing components. It took a while but I found what I wanted. I then went looking for some DIF. My wife was removing some wallpaper sizing and ran out. No one there that I spoke with in the paint department had heard of DIF before. Sad since many professionals have used this product religiously for years.
