It is convenient store where you can find a lot of things you need.

They quoted me one price for service and then when time came for install, it was a completely different price with $500 extra. They did not tell me some things are required, even after giving them all the info they requested . They were just interested in selling the service .

The store has a wide selection of products and friendly associates. The only thing that bothers me is that there are heavy carts scattered all over the parking lot, and I always get worried when I parked the vehicle. There should be more monitoring of car returns, and possibly have customers pay a small deposit fee for those heavy cart that can really do some damage to parked vehicles!

On leaving the store a young man, his name is Alan M. Dept.28, came over and offered to load everything in my car. He did it with a smile! Had to do a 2nd run because I needed more of the same. He recognized me and came over and loaded it all again with that same smile. A big shout out of thanks to Alan M, Dept. 28

I love shopping at the Norwalk Home Depot. I tried Lowes when they opened and once since and due to their lack of knowledgeable employees, I will not go back. I am a loyal Norwalk HD shopper for life!

The store was clean and the associate Kevin help me out finding what I need for my project.

I always enjoy shopping at the Norwalk store (during the week). Especially when starting to plant in my garden. I love to see the newly arriving plants, and to get great ideas. There is always someone to help if I have a question about a product -- fertilizer etc.

I find the product in the store very easy and fast. I'm looking for an assistant when I need to find my product quickly. The store is always in good shape. The shop assistants are very careful and helpful. I love to shop in this shop because all the people in it are very careful and responsive.

I'm very satisfy with the professionalism of associate Kevin and his team. He is always friendly not matter what day it is. Always answering all my questions and showing me exactly where things are when I can't find it. Thank you so much!

Very Friendly staff

Rick S., sales associate in Tools, made my day by selling to me the floor model of a Milwaukee Sawzall, at a discount, because they had not yet restocked the inventory from the truck at the loading dock.
