We have been very satisfied with the service and quality of the Home Depot products we are currently purchasing. We are updating a home built in 1996 and are currently having new carpet, hardwood flooring and shutters installed by Home Depot. We will return when ready to consider granite and back splash for kitchen and bath.

Associates in the store failed to ask me for assistance except David the LOTMAn--glad he was inside

This is my & my fiancees favorite Home Depot. The store is always super clean, EVERY employer is always very pleasant, happy & super helpful. We go to Home Depot probably once a week & even the store manager is always super nice with us. Whenever we have questions, they try to give us all the answers. And even if we are not making a purchase, we are treated as if we are friends. We love each experience that we have.

Parts needed were found easily and great support from associates!

Found just what I needed at a good price! Been working on a pallet project that is requiring a lot of sandpaper and a good stripping brush!

Nilesh Patel has helped me numerous times with problems that must seem trivial to him but are bedeviling to me. I appreciate so much his expertise, service, and courteous patience with me. He and people like him keep me coming into this particular Home Depot.

I VISIT THIS LOCATION MAYBE ONCE A QUARETR AND "EVERY TIME" I MEAN "EVERY TIME" THERE IS A LINE OF AT LEAST 6 TO 8 PEOPLE TRYING TO CHECK OUT...AT OTHER LOCATIONS ANOTHER REGISTER IS OPENED BUT "NOT" HERE...IF YOU WANT ME TO USE 'SELF' SERVICE CHECK OUT, AND DO YOUR JOB, THEN REDUCE MY PRICE!!!

I love going to this location... all the associates are so wonderful to get information from and if you just need someone to talk with... hahaha ... seriously great group of people... makes shopping for home improvement stuff a pleasure!

I received help from sales associate Scott McKay in the Appliance Department. Scott went above and beyond to assist me and help me make the best decisions for the 3 appliances I purchased. He was patient and not at all pushy. His comments about the options were professional and very helpful. He had thorough knowledge of all the appliances, making me feel very confident that I had considered all possibilities before making my decision. The department was very busy due to a sale going on but I did not feel rushed. You have a great employee in Scott McKay! And, after researching prices at other stores, I found the best at Home Depot.

Went in looking for something simple, weather stripping for the front door. had the door refinished and the refinisher said he would replace it, but he never did, so was finishing his work. One associate mentioned that they had weather stripping kits, that would include everything I needed, and it was cheaper than buying the individual pieces, which saved me some money. then when I was looking at the weather stripping, the next associate, Derek, noticed my confusion on exactly how this was to be installed, so he took me over to one of the doors on display and showed me hot to remove the old weather stripping and install the new, right there on the display floor. I was familiar with another type of weatherstripping, so Derek showed me where those were and told me I could buy that as a plan B, and then either way the project would get done and I just bring back the one I didn't need. As it turned out, Derek was right, Plan A worked, I finally finished the project I paid a refinisher to do, and brought back the plan B material. Very helpful associates at this store.

ON THREE RECENT VISITS TO THE ROSWELL STORE, I RECEIVED VERY HELPFUL, EXPERT ADVICE FROM STAFF - THE FIRST FROM A FEMALE EMPLOYEE IN THE FLOORING DEPARTMENT, THE SECOND FROM A MAN (RON) WHO HELPED WITH A PLUMBING PROBLEM, AND THEN THE NEXT DAY, WITH AN ACCESS PANEL.

The products were easy to find but the sales associate took a while to find.

I appreciate the store manager Ken, the pro desk James, and all other associates, to name a few Joe, John and host of others not to forget the customer service desk. I have been customer of this store since the grand opening and can't say enough about my experience with everyone at the store. Platinum all the way.

Friendly greeting at the door ,staring me in the right direction in a clear, concise,friendly manner is a great way to start a shopping trip! Followed by knowledgable, caring sales associate close the deal!

The store was clean and very well organized, all signs and displays that help the customer locate and or find what he or she needs, the store was well lit and the isles were very clean and free of any hazards, the prices are very reasonable, this was a great shopping experience for me especially when I live in another city and get the same customer service as if I was shopping at my home store Phenix City, Al. thanks Home Depot Team great job

The gentleman who helped me was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He was a supporter of educators and even wentt to ask his manager if it was possible to giver a discount on my purchases for my classroom! It wasn't expected at all so it made me feel appreciated for what I do which in turn really appreciate the amount of care and effort the associates put in to helping their customers!

roswell 146 in the recent past has really distanced itself from the other four that surround my home at closer or similar distance. it is so helpful and convenient for our finances to purchase our paper goods and household cleaning supplies on our home depot card to spread the cost around, keeping it out of our debit bank account total for awhile. just as good, but not as often, i appreciate being able to purchase gift cards in the visa format for gift giving. kudos to the depot for offering these options in the past few years.

I had a very good experience, although I thought what I needed was in the one part of the store the Associate that I asked a question of was very helpful and directed me exactly where I needed to go to find what I purchased.

although item was not stocked online or instore, personnel went over and beyond to try to find an item that would work....appreciate his perserverence
