Very friendly and most helpful staff. It looks like they all own the store and take pride of their jobs! A joy to shop there. We are moving in the area and need a lot of renovation materials, so this is our favorite store to go to! THANK YOU for making our experience the best one ever. :)

Home Depot is one of my favorite stores, they help me with all my fix it needs.

Employees provide excellent help and are knowledgeable.

Jason Alexander is a breath of fresh air when it comes to store management. When I had a problem a few weeks ago and put it on my survey, he called me at home and assured me that he would correct the problem, which he did. He is the type of manager Home Depot should strive for at all of it's stores.

Most times I go, something I'm looking for is out of stock. The store is generally disorganized and dirty. Employees are hard to find when help is needed.

The Reston Home Depot isn't one of the larger mega stores but it's certainly among the best stores. It's well stocked and the team members I've worked with have been helpful and family. Today, I left $20 at the self-checkout register. I realized it 1/2 hour later. I returned to the HD but expected the $20 was gone and hoped it was found by someone who needed it more than me. But... Lydia - who is the self-checkout cashier (it's more like wrangling cattle!) - had retrieved my $20 and kept it for me. She wouldn't take a reward (I was going to split the $20 with her). She just asked that I complete the survey. This is a great HD and has some really great employees, particularly Lydia!

MAC was very helpful. No much of an alternative

Every time I have visited this store I am greeted by helpful and enthusiastic employees. It never takes me long to get in and out of this store.

Parking Lot can be a challenge but the people in this store are so helpful making Home Depot the only choice.

Sunday mornings are the best time to go! the parking lot is respectful, the associates are friendly and it's not as crowded as afternoon. The shelves are pretty stocked and the plant section is jammed pack with great sales.

Arthur in the Painting Department assisted me immensely in identifying the items needed to prepare my garage floor for painting. I have never embarked on such a task; Arthur's insightful effort also advised me of the powder mixture to prevent slips, which can be mixed into the paint; the appropriate brushes, rollers and what row to find lithium grease for my garage door. My plans are artistically extravagant as to my floor designs; thus the standard color options would not suffice and Arthur's knowledge edified all my questions and concerns and the items needed for success were attained through beautiful color options. I have since completed the floor preparation process which is brilliant, Thank you King Arthur.

Experience at Home Depot is consistently good -- the only complaint I have is that after looking online for an item and checking to see if it was available at my local store, upon arrival at the store the price at the store is higher than the advertised online price. I was told that the price is sometimes different, and was told that I could order online for store pick up. Where is the logic in this?

Most of the store employees with the exception of just a few employees are very good at this location. I have met some very very helpful associates, that is the main reason I choose to go to this location. Much better service than Lowe's. That is the biggest plus here. Prices are also very good. Store is pretty clean. The main issue with this location is the size. Also, the inventory was off last time I tried to buy a tool chest there. There should have been 2 I believe and they found none. Inventory accuracy needs to be improved. Also, although the employees in the Tools/Hardware department are very helpful, there isn't enough of them there, you have to wait a while to get help there. It seems like more customers in hardware require help. So they are always occupied. This should definitely be improved upon along with correcting the inventory. I mean, how do you have 2 tool rolling tools chests missing from your store. Other than that very good. Great employees. These people deserve a raise and better benefits. THE only reason I shop at this place is for the friendly staff.

Plumbing professional was able to solve my issue with in minutes...the Lowes guy told me to go online and see if the parts are available.

Isle were full of times that could be very dangerous to customers. I picked some of them up and placed them back on the shelf. Employees walked right by them and should have stopped and clear that up before someone got hurt. Many of the items on the shelfs were extremely dusty and look like it was that way of quite awhile.

It's almost always too busy,and the quality,quantity,and variety of products does not meet my expectations. The cashiers are friendly almost all of the time.

James does exterior sales at the Reston Store. He came out to our house and measured and estimated and ultimately sold us on 1) All new windows 2) Two sliding doors 3) Insulation for our attic 4) A new front door. It was great to have the Home Depot come to our home Orange apron and all. The pricing was fair and competitive and the quality of work was great. The best part was Home Depot backing the products and the craftsmanship. Glad I met James and he could help us do major exterior projects that I would not tackle (or my wife wouldn't allow me to tackle) myself. Thanks for the wonderful service.

The store needs to clean up their air, and provide more employees on the floor. They need to keep it cooler, not around 80 degrees.

This store is clean and well organized, The parking is good. The staff is outstanding! They are kind, creative, knowledgeable, and have an eye on keeping your costs down. I normally don't like home improvement centers and am not very handy with projects. This store made life easy. I will gladly drive the extra 10 miles to go to THIS Home Depot. Thanks!

The store cleanliness is very good. It's a home and business hardware store!! It cannot be spotless. Orderly, yes. It generally has a good supply of what I need. There were more 'orange aprons' available to help on the Memorial Day weekend than I cared to count. They were everywhere!! Much appreciated.

I wish I could say my local home depot was a thriving example of how a big box store can prove that they still care. Nope. Most of the employees that work here don't know what they're doing and are less than helpful when you ask them a question. The store is constantly sold out of things that they say they have "In stock" online. The things they do sell are mixed up beyond all recognition and never shelved where they're supposed to be. The only thing I really can say is that this store is closer to my house than the other home improvement stores so it ends up being the default. I've resigned myself to searching for an extra 1/2 hour for the things I need and not bothering to ask the useless staff members for help. Most of the time, the app is the only way I can find anything.

Avoid at all costs on the weekends!!! This location is not prepared to handle any customer volume. If you value your time do not visit this location on a weekend! Training new cashiers on a busy weekend without a queue to channel customers to the next available cashier is inexcusable. You put the trainee in a bad situation and left the customers to fend for themselves looking for a shorter cashier line. It took over 15 minutes to get through the trainees line, and once you were committed it would have been difficult to jump to another line. Shame on you!
