The store was neatly set up, the availability of all items were set up close to each other so I didn't have to find a mop in one spot and look around the store for the cleaner. everything was organized. - Associate was knowledgeable and friendly. Willing to go back for new items now that Spring is in the air. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

When I got to the associate and explained what I was doing and needed he immediately took me to the absolute perfect solution. It worked perfectly and was priced very reasonably.

My overall shopping experience at the Reston Home Depot was so good that not only will I continue to shop at Home Depot, but I will drive the 15 miles to Reston from home, rather than go to the Home Depot that is less than 4 miles from my house. The Reston Home Depot is a larger store, with more inventory than I could find in my previous “go to” Home Depot in Ashburn. I found the staff personable and knowledgeable in the Reston store. The associate with whom I worked, explained the options available to me, that met my budgetary needs and were of good quality and value. After I made a decision, she made sure that I got enough of the flooring material for my project, even going online and helping me order more when there wasn’t enough in stock. I know that if I have anything else that I need for this renovation or any future project, I can go to the Reston store and will find associates who are friendly and knowledgeable. These are people who take pride in their work and show it by the great service they provide.

One of the best Home Depot stores i have visited, everything is easy to find and you can find the best associates to help you if in case you want to find any products you need.

came in for some things I needed for work and I couldn't find it I asked and right away I got the correct isle number and a specific location where it was. I also needed a key made and I asked a gentleman and he said sure and came right over and had them made in no time at all. thanks!

One of the main reasons I shop at this location is how helpful the associates are in assisting me with my purchases. I got to this store exclusively and many of the associates know me on a first name basis. Always a joy going to the HD Reston store!

Going to the Home Depot is always the highlight of my week. Everything is organised which makes it not only a pleasure to shop, but an easy way to compare products. Everything has always been in stock for me. Employees are generally very honest about their opinions on products. I go to Home Depot for all of my home needs

store was sufficiently equipped , was able to find what i needed. wish there was more tool combo kit(s) available as it was online. i.e. makita combo sets. Also Kline 11in one HVAC tools not available.(the ones with the core pullers)

The Home Depot in Reston is an excellent place to shop for household wares and products. The store is clean and well organized, and the staff are very customer friendly. I would highly recommend this store to all of my neigbors and friends. Kudos to the managers for operating such a great store!

I walked in looking for paint thinner/stripper for a small kitchen project I'm working on. I walked through three short paint isles and found what I needed. There were not open register's except for the self check out, however as soon as the line was 3-4 people long a backup register was opened thankfully. The store is neat, clean, and easy to find things so I'll definitely be back.

I was able to find my items immediately. I am always In a rush and I love how the associates know where every thing is.

Please add assistance managers who can help to quickly find out required items, to give some consultations, help to bring it to the cashier and help to carry out. It would be great feature. There is snow outside, but no any snow shovels or regular steel shovels in the store, on Saturday. Please make some efforts to fill out/check your shelves more frequently.

Although I didn't need any associates help while looking at the plumbing fixtures to replace (Shower heads) there were two I debated over to pick out the best for my needs. An associate came over and ask if they can help he was very helpful and help me save money. Thank you.

Over the last 15 years the products and people at this store have continued to get better. At this point it is my store of choice for Home Depot. Bill and Harry in the electrical dept., Rau in the hardware dept., Singh in the pro checkout and Sydric and Jefferson at the return and checkout counters are always so nice and helpful. Also, Comfort the floor manager/head cashier is always so pleasant to talk to that it makes my frequent trips to the store a nice experience. My thanks to Jason the manager for doing such a great job of encouraging everybody to be so nice and helpful.

I always think of Home Depot for anything I have to fix around the house or my gardening needs.

From locating the correct lightbulb, snow blower or appliance, have been very happy with my experience at the Reston Home Depot. Kudos to My favorite cashier John. Always very friendly and available to assist with my purchases.

A am doing a project in my house and for the last few weeks I had to go to the store to get the supplies. Since, I do not know so much about construction, everytime I have to ask for help. The team is great and this store looks like a school, everyday I learn something new. The employees are very helpful and friendly.

The store is still well organised although some things have been moved since my last visit. I immediately found the plant lights I was looking for. Home Depot seems to be the only place that even bothers to stock them. I also found a very friendly, helpful associate in the electrical section who immediately asked if I needed help and found exactly what I needed. When I headed into the cleaning section, I was immediate offered assistance and was led to exactly what I wanted (a squegee) for windows. The hand warmers were right on the checkout area as they were in previous years (it's 12 degrees outside this morning).

The Behr Marquee Paint is junk - it spreads like paste, and does not cover in one coat as advertised. I've used Behr before on exterior and it was OK. My recommendation for interior - spend the extra money and go with Sherwin Williams. The big box store paint is just junk.

THE STORE WAS CLEAN, THE LINE WERE TOO BUSY TO PAY BY THE AUTOMATIC CASHIER, AND ONE CASHIER WERE ONLY ABLE TO HELP.

The young man that helped us with loading our purchase(a large pantry) into our car went way beyond the call of duty. It didn't stop at just loading it up for us, he followed us to our home (which was close by) and helped my husband into our home and unboxed it and carried the box out to our curb for us. We wouldn't have made it if it wasn't for the kindness of your exceptional employee, Royce Hill, also his wonderful manager which allowed him to follow us home. What remarkable people you have working at Reston, VA Home Depot. WOW!!!!!
