The store at Abercorn in Savannah allowed a Help Clean Up Columbia event at their location. Home Depot has always given back to the community but this time they expanded their assistance across the state lines to help the flood victims of South Carolina. Being a native (now resident of Savannah) of SC I have been touch by the out pouring of aid and support people are giving. Thank you to everyone - - especially the radio station that spear headed the event and to Home Depot !! We are SOUTH CAROLINA STRONG!!

This store is easy to shop. The items are easy to find and there is an associate close by most of the time

Everyone is helpful and happy to assist you with whatever you project may be.

This store always has fully stocked shelves...I love this fact and the store in general. The employees are always friendly and very knowledable about products I am in search of..they even complete my sentences sometimes when I can't think of the name of an item...lol....I love to redo and reuse things and I can always find the help I need at Home Depot. Thanks for the continuing great customer service.

When I purchased a Fence around my yard, The Assc. was truly helpful and I had to wait 3 wks, for the delivery and installation,. The installers was on point and went the extra mile to make it good. Then I went to purchase a washer/Dryer, the associate was on my wife and me before we got good in the Dept. She had me sold on a set and went to the store room to see what else the store had for me to buy and take home right then. Her knowledge was on point, and she just snapped into action and I had a set paid for and extended warranty and on my vehicle in 45 minutes

The store is always clear and the employees are very friendly. I husband would live at HomeDepot

I really enjoy shopping at Home Depot because it is clean and organized and not cluttered. I really appreciate having someone offer to help me and be pleasant and helpful at the same time.

I really enjoy my trips to Home Depot because products are easily displayed, the employees are friendly and knowledgeable, and I always find.what I am looking for. They also have excellent sales.

We need more Employees to help customers find what they are looking for as to get in and out. When I come to home depot I am always ill with my breathing with dogs in carts and walking in the store. We should be to shop pet free . My heart start to race and breathing is shallow from the smell of the animal . Please help with the situation.

I ordered on line and picked up in store the process went flawlessly.

No matter when i walk in the doors at this homedepot i know i will see a familar face and get the help i need, not to mention great conversation! From miss judy, arvela in customer service to the cashiers they recognize me and always have a smile .

Associates couldn't seem to care less. Was asked at checkout about buying a 2 year warranty. I asked how it differed from the one that came with my product. She said she didn't know. Bought it anyway. Had to ask for a warranty brochure. She walked around at a snail's pace to different registers looking for one. After about 4 minutes she came back saying she couldn't find one. I suggested getting one from customer service. She agreed and told me to go over there to get one... Waited at customer service while 4 associates worked hard not to make eye contact with me, but not doing anything productive as far as I could tell. Finally, an associate was instructed to help me. I told her I needed a warranty brochure, and she stepped back, looking confused and disgusted. She finally got a brochure, but it seemed like it had been used; all wrinkled and marked up. I guessed it was just shoved in a box, but when I got home, I noticed on an inner page there was a staple attached to a ripped area. The service was a joke. I have no reason to go back, especially when their parking lot connects to the Lowe's parking lot.

We were in the Carpet Dept. Home Depot had a very good selection of rugs

The item I was looking for was readily available to purchase. Checkout was quick and the cashier was very friendly.

The store is always clean, the staff always willing to help or find someone with better specific knowledge. Things are easy to find throughout the store.

They had what I was looking for at a reasonable price.

I had a great shopping experience at Home Depot I have been doing a lot of remodeling in my home little by little each time I go in the associates are great two associates in particular that I remember are Ingrid and Marty they were both really great and help me out, they are both very friendly and easy to talk to.

As I stated in my previous Comment in this questionaire, which can be posted...we, my Husband and I , found all that we needed right away, and went to the checkout counters...no lights were on, but before we had a chance to say anything, a young Gal said, "I can help you here :)" , and in seconds she had us Checked Out on the 'self checkout equipment' , and bid us "Have A Good Day :) " ... ...so we did :)...

The store was very clean and everyone was very nice and helpful.

All products were easy to find, clean areas and friendly, knowledgeable staff.

The store is in a location that is within 5-6 miles from my home. The staff was generally friendly and eager to assist me with my inquiries about products and location of products throughout the facility. The items I needed had to be special ordered. One was a room darkening blind and the other was a product that your store carries , however is independent of your store in one respect. They offered a 10% discount on a backsplash with Façade , however they contacted me directly at my home and stated they would have to do the order over again themselves in order for the discount to be applied.I turned it down in that Julie, our assistant had worked extremely well with us and took up a great amount of time to ensue that we had the correct products. The Sales Associate in the Home Decorating section of your store at the location I noted above was Julie and she was an excellent representative of a sales and marketing associate who was familiar with the stock and was willing to go beyond the call of duty to ensure that our needs were met. ( my husband and I)

I continue to be amazed at the pleasant customer service and associate availability.

I found most of what I wanted on my own, but had a very helpful associate, to find one of the things I was looking for. I wasn't able to find one other thing I was looking for, but as usual, had a positive experience shopping at Home Depot!

Price of items were not marked. Was overcharged and had to debate with associate about correct price. It took 25 minutes to check out. I was passed off to one checkout on one part of store which was 30 yards from my original checkout. Then had to walk to rear of store to show associate which bin I selected my materials. No one appeared to care and just wanted to get rid of me.

This is directed at the associates who were working on June 27, 2015. I was looking at carpet cleaners, and needed assistance from an associate. I went and asked the associate in the cabinet area, and he went to get the associate for the area that I needed assistance. As he left, another associate walked up to me. He was the associate for the area, and as he was finding out what I needed, his radio went off to let him know that he had customers that needed his assistance. The quick response from both associates was amazing. They had to get my item from a pallet, and the wait was about five minutes from the time he appeared to the time I made it to the cashier's counter. The only thing I wish I had differently was get these guy's names. They deserve to be recognized as examples of how to handle customers. Since this is the nearest Home Depot, I shop here often, but I do shop different Home Depot locations in Atlanta, and still the one in Savannah has the best hospitality. Keep up the good work!

Clean and finally store personnel finally showed to help. Was most helpful!

Cashier Stephanie was very friendly and helpful. she has a great personality and I could tell she enjoys her job. The young man in the paint dept that assisted me was knowledgeable and helpful. I'm only sorry I didn't get his name.
