I needed to decide on a paint color and have been back and forth for weeks. The person in paint on Memorial Day, Leo went above and beyond assisting me. I have my paint and happy spirit. It makes me want to make this my main store!!

The Homedepot iin Southaven Ms is amazing you can not only go to get anything you need there but it is so clean and staff is great and polite

We were waiting in line as the young man that was working in appliances had several customers but Mr. Michael Mosby walked up and asked if we needed help we said yes showed him the refrigerator we wanted he did the sale and it was extremely fast and professional.

Tool rental is a joke. Can't rent a tool just because I have a new work truck and they want registration for it. Hello don't have it yet which cost me money on a job. Wouldn't shake up paint for another customer because she didn't buy it there but they sell that brand. Many other customers in line at the paint counter complaining about the rude lady behind the cou ter. Never good service when I am forced to come to this store. That's why I stay away

We bought a grill that was on sale a few days before and the price had gone up before we got there. The manager let us purchase at sale price. Also helped us load it in the truck.

I was looking for an item I found online and could not locate it in the store and Mr. Elijah H. went out of his way to help me find the item. He was very helpful and courteous. He also thanked me for shopping there that day.

This review is just to praise Store Manager on her professionalism towards her customers. I went into the store and she greeted me immediately, assisted in placing the merchandise in a basket and later asked how was the service. The store was very clean and merchandise was in place. If you need further comments, I would be glad to rate this and other stores.

Elijah is the epitome of excellent Customer Service representation! However, if you are referred to Ms. Tasha for any reason -- run in the other direction because she is totally the opposite!

Ms O walked up to me and asked if I needed help. She knew immediately what I needed when I tried to explain it to her. She then took the time to help me find spacers and explained them to me. The store is very organized and clean.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The Manager Carl was very rude to my Wife and I. He would not help us find the Lumber that we was looking for and he told me he could not just walk around the store and help us or help us get the lumber off the shelf. I will not go back.
