A:  Yes. That is all you need. The hardware is included in the deck railing. You will only need to purchase fasteners for the posts kits.

A:  It comes with all the mounting hardware to affix the rail to the posts. There is an alignment jig you can buy which would make lining the brackets easier, but not necessary. The posts come with the caps.j You would need to buy fasteners to affix the posts into whatever surface you plan on using (I.e. cement, wood, etc.)
