Answer This Question

A:  Hi joaneob, thank you for your question. We recommend removing the tape while the paint is still wet, or allowing it to dry for 24 hours and then score the tape with a box cutter and pull the tape at a 45-degree angle. Good luck with your project! -Giovanna

A:  Hi John, thanks for the question. Clear View is the name of the paint color, and it isn't a clear coating. The paint will give your project a Satin look, but it will also change it's color. Have a great day! -Ronald

Q:Can this be used on bathroom cabinets?

            Answer This Question

A:  Hi Toni, thanks for the question. Yes, our Ultra Interior Scuff-Defense paint can be used on bathroom cabinets. If the cabinets have a laminate or melamine finish that is smooth & glossy, I'd recommend priming them first with our Bonding Primer. If the cabinets are already painted, a separate primer isn't needed; the surface would just need to be scuff-sanded prior to painting. Have a great day! -Ronald

A:  Hi nancy, thanks for your question. Yes, our Ultra Scuff Defense paint can be used on wall tiles, provided you prime first with our Bonding Primer. However, please keep in mind that our paints aren't designed to be exposed to water regularly, and if this is for the walls of a bath/shower, it's best to find an alternative product. Enjoy the rest of your day! -Christina

                Answer This Question

A:  Hi Lynn, thanks for your question. The difference between satin and semi-gloss is the amount of shine. Satin has a pearl-like finish, while semi-gloss is glossier with a sleek and radiant finish. Hope this helps! -Christina

A:  Hi Hardatit, thanks for your question. As it turns out, Ceramic Glaze is just the name of the color, and we do not recommend using our Ultra Scuff Defense paint on a sink. Instead, it's best to find a specialty product that is designed to be used on a sink. Have a great day! -Christina
