A:  A permit is typically not required for our products as they are considered non-permanent structures. However, each municipality may have different requirements. The only product information that we would have available would be the information available on our product page and the manual.

    A:  The gazebo may be positioned whichever way that you prefer. I would recommend reaching back out to your contractor to see if they are able to move it for you.

      A:  As a company we are unable to recommend any certain brand over another. Any clear/transparent waterproofing deck sealant will work just fine. You may check with your local home improvement store to see if there is one that they know works better in your environment.

                  A:  The wood will come out of box with a water-based stain for color purposes only. We do highly recommend applying a clear waterproofing sealant as soon as possible before or after assembly and about once a year after that depending on your environment.
