        A:  Hello Dani. 39" wide shades would be suggested for an inside mount. If you are outside mounting the shades, we would suggest adding to the width and height for best coverage.

              A:  I clean mine with my hand held vacuum and every so often I do soap and water and let air dry! They cut the temp in my home by 10 degrees in the summer!

                A:  Hello. The Roller shades can be cleaned using a damp cloth and mild detergent such as Dawn for dirt spots. Be sure to let them dry completely before rolling up.

                  Q:I have an existing blind with the same brackets that are needed for this shade. The measurement from the tip of one bracket to the other bracket tip is 72 inches. The shade itself is a little smaller. The measurement on the outside mount of the window is also 72 inches. Do I order the 72 inch blind or the smaller size which would be the measurement of the shade itself? Thank you

                      Q:what is the difference between the light filtering graphite roller shade and the UV blocking fade resistant roller shade? I have the graphite light filtering shade in my bedroom, the UV shade will be in computer room. Apparently with the light filtering shade with the celling light or lamp on at night you are able to see in window. Will that happen with the UV shade? Are you able to see out during the day?

                      A:  Hello. The UV shades will not provide privacy. They are a solar material that is meant for protection from the sun and glare, while still maintaining the view to outside. The light filtering roller shade will provide a slight amount of daytime privacy and however at night time shadows and images can be seen through the shade. If you need night time privacy, we would suggest black out material.
