          Q:Dimensions in the installation instructions don?t add up. The vinyl posts measure 96?. 12? is buried below grade leaving 84? above grade. 10? bottom rail + 50? panel leaves 24? to top, not 14?.

                  Q:Why does the description state it comes with a gate as well as the pictures shows a gate but it apparently doesn't?!,! Very confusing. I'm still waiting for the delivery but I may now cancel the order.
