A:  The Grand Champ XD comes with its own firebox on the right hand side upon purchase so the portable side fire box is not compatible.

A:  Some store locations offer assembly options. We would recommend reaching out to your local stores Customer Service to see if this option is available at this time.

A:  Underneath the grate inside the firebox

A:  The ashpan has a half moon shape piece welded to the grate. This is what catches the ash as the charcoal burns. You'll lift the complete ashpan out of the grill and then angle it to one side to dump out any ash after use.

A:  It looks just like the firebox tray, only bigger. It doesn't slide out. You have to lift it.

A:  Door on left hand side opens up To allow tray to be removed

A:  UP TO FOUR

A:  Depending on the size of the brisket, it can fit between two and three on the bottom and two on the top

A:  We estimate about 8 briskets can be going at the same time depending on size.

A:  It comes with a wire basket but I don’t think it is stainless as mine has already rusted in a little over a year. They won’t do anything about rust until it rust all the way through. Avoid this model. It will rust a lot.

A:  The basket doesn't have a bottom. The grates are the bottom when you put it in. It's not stainless steel, but if you oil it periodically it won't rust. Spray-on PAM will work just fine.

A:  Comes with firebox basket don't think its stainless

A:  I bought a blanket for an Okie Joe Longhorn and modified it to fit.

A:  At this time, Char-Griller does not manufacture an insulated blanket for the grill.

A:  I bought one and measured it. It's 40 inches.

A:  The only dimensions released are the full assembled dimensions. This model has a width of 71", depth of 35", and height of 57". It also has 775 sq. inches of primary cooking space and 1200 sq. inches when including the upper rack.

A:  This model does not come with a bucket, but does have a hook where a bucket can be added.

A:  No. The drip hole has a bolt in it to plug it.

A:  No it doesn't.
