A:  There is no bulb in this wall pack. It an integrated LED bulb.

A:  Hi Michele, such issues are caused by the reflection from a different source. It can be from a different light fixture etc.

A:  Hi, yes you can use the motion sensor with the fixture. However, you need to make sure that the motion sensor has a relay inside it. You can call us at 844-548-3776 for the recommendations.

A:  Hi, thank you for the feedback, we will work on improving the product. The fixture is made to install with any kind of standard junction box or you can install fixture anywhere using the knockout holes & use conduit holes for the wiring.

A:  Hi Jerry, thank you for your question. We have used a high-quality polycarbonate lens that doesn't get yellowish by the time easily, you'll barely be able to see any changes in the lens after years.

A:  Hi Tom, wallpacks are only made to install on walls as installing it on soffit will not allow heat to escape and resulting, it will melt the lens.

A:  Hi Jem, this fixture works with any voltage between 120-277V.

A:  Hi, there should be gap of at least 1ft from any kind of roof, shade or eve and please make sure that it has access to proper light is needed for the photocell sensor to work.

A:  I installed mine about two feet below the overhang, but I would think that at least 6" would be enough, depending on what side of the house it's on campus wise.
