Q:I cannot get the bottom on. I worked all day yesterday on it. Ended up putting it together without the bottom. It just will not snap into place as everyone is saying. Any tool that may help me? I tried using a screwdriver and rubber mallet. THANKS.

A:  Flip the bottom over. You should be able to see all the letters on the inside of the box when you have it together.

          A:  You do not have to be handy. I'm 77 and just today put two together in less than 10 minutes. They snap together and get stronger as you go along. My hands are bad so I used a rubber mallet to tap lightly in place. At $20. I bought two.
