    A:  Easily cut with a table saw, jigsaw, circular saw, etc. Use a high tooth count (60-80 tooth) blade. Corners can be rounded with a jigsaw or router. Easily drilled with normal bits. Have a shop vac handy; static-charged chips seem to go everywhere!

      Q:It says the weight for this item is nearly 300 lbs. I'm guessing they mean for a palatte of this stuff, because I can't imagine that one 2 X 4 ft. 1/8 in thick sheet of aluminium weighs 300 lbs. That just wouldn't make sense logically.

        A:  NOT a good idea. This material is a polymer (plastic) sandwiched between two layers of very thin aluminum. It will melt and spoil your chicken wings!

            A:  Not really, it is quite stiff. I haven't tested it to see when it would break while trying to bend it, but that is not what it is meant to do.
