Answer This Question
A: I?ma licensed GC and the build costs would at minimum need to include foundation, framing, electrical, and plumbing?and I would assume drywall, painting, flooring, and other subs.
Easily could run $50K-$75K to build

A: Hi cstevens! I'm happy to help you. Yes, we can handle the snow load.

A: Yes, without seeing the plans for verification, I?m fairly certain it?s designed to handle zones with the heaviest snow loads, and building code requires energy efficiency, so walls and roof must have framing space for insulation.

Answer This Question
A: I?m a licensed GC and yes, permits would be required to build this dwelling. In most (if not all states) code would require the owner to apply for general construction, electrical, and plumbing permits at minimum.

A: Hello Haren,
Yes, as the friendly GC mentioned in the comments, you'll need a permit.

A: See my answer above. You would need to hire contractors to assemble/build this structure. If you?re incredibly proficient in DIY projects, you may be able to handle the steel framing and some tasks, but it?s not advisable to tackle plumbing and electrica.

A: Hello Benabe,
Our frame kits are designed to be erected by the customer and a few handy friends. The rest of your build will depend on how skilled you are at home improvements. You'll need to hire a licensed plumber and electrician plus get permits.

A: Hello ElijahsMom. If you are looking for a backyard space for him to reside in and still be close to you, you may want to try the Getaway Mini. It has a bedroom, bathroom, and living space. If you want to add a mini kitchen you can work with our team to add that space. The mini may be easier for him since he has those special needs. https://www.plus1homekits.com/contact-us/

A: Hello Ashraf, we'd be happy to schedule a call with you and go over these details. https://www.plus1homekits.com/contact-us/

A: Again, see above. Plans would need to be created by an architect and submitted to the local building authority for approval.
Second, none of the materials would be thicker/wider that 60? so could fit through your 5? gate. They?d have to be hand carried

Q:do you have any packages that come with buying all the materials to contentedly build the structure?
