A:  I am not sure what it is shorter - nor did I have any issues installing mine; however, the Home Depot sells an extension piece. Pretty inexpensive, too. Around $3 - $4.

A:  The faucet will fit perfectly on the sink Pre drilled hole, but you might need a separate hole for the soap dispenser .

A:  Mine doesn't have a led light on the spout. I have seen some though than can be bough yourself at various retailers. Sorry I couldn't help.
