A:  One layer, woven & quite substantial.

A:  These masks only have one layer. Fig snug on sides. Have metal piece over nose you can bend to get more snug. 

A:  The box states "Made in China"

A:  No, they have a little stretch to them but not what you would call adjustable.

A:  No, but they are elastic and will fit many head sizes.
