A:  These lights are steel construction with a powder coat base coat and hand applied finish. They hold up well but will rust in a coastal environment

A:  I love the look of these. Mine have been mounted on the garage for approximately one year, and both are rusting. I do like these a lot. In fact, I will replace with the same model, hopefully. I will see about coating with extra sealant to protect from future rusting. I use these with HUE LED lights to have Geofencing and Dusk/Dawn access. Recommended but with notice.

A:  You should ONLY use this indoors. It rusts immediately outside!

A:  It probably will not, unless you install it upside down. Installed right side up, the shade will be lower than the bulb and the sensor on the bulb will not be exposed to light and it would never turn off.
