A: Lumens are specific to the 'bulbs' used. LEDs average 100 Lumens per watt. 7 watts = 700 lumens

A: 100% complete including bulbs, wire nuts, optional clam shell screws, and replacement connector box screws. Only takes a drill, Phillips head screw driver, and pliers to install (assuming you already have a connector/fixture box in the ceiling).

A: The bulbs are small spotlight type bulbs. They are bright but depending on how you hung the flexible track, and how many pendants you had would light up "spots" on the table. They don't light up a room but rather give you a nice ambiance, and I think it would be nice for a dining table. HOWEVER, they do put out heat, but at 12 foot high I don't think that would be an issue.
