Q:Can Homedepot staff please check the measurements or clarify the nomenclature, I.e., which is the ‘length’ and which is the ‘width’. What I need to know for sure is whether this cover is wide enough (across the back of the seat), mine is 42”. Thanks much!!!!

                A:  Hampton Bay label sewn in hem states: "Sponge with a mixture of 2 capfuls of dish soap in 1 gallon of water. Rinse well and air dry. Never use bleach or harsh cleaners."

                    A:  I have used car wash liquid in a bucket of warm water, with a soft car wash type brush. Then rinse it well. If there is mold or heavy dirt it may take a special mold removing spray. I think I have seen some at Home Depot.
