              A:  Hello, There are no light bulbs to replace. This uses an LED module for the light source. You can start by removing the pull chains and bottom finial. This will expose the the screw/washer holding glass on bottom of the light kit. Remove screw/washer and the LED module will be exposed. Please call 800-527-0998 and the customer care will be able to send a new LED module to replace the one that is no longer working.
