Q:Why are the globes on my fixture slightly slanted out and not straight up and down like to picture shows? Is there a way to adjust?

Answer This Question
A: This is hard to answer because my son put the light up for me. My globes also appear straight. I believe the globes are screwed on so you might want to remove them and screw back on. If you didn't screw them on, that may be why they're not straight.

A: I am sorry probably it was out of shape in the transition, maybe you can adjust it manually.

Answer This Question
A: I am sorry as the safety certificate was done by whole lamp, so we can't use alternative shades.
by|Jul 26, 2021
A: For replacement shades you can call Hampton Bay customer service ( the phone number is available under info & guides, just click on warranty on the Home Depot product page for this light ) or you can go to the Hampton Bay web site at hamptonbay.com. As for alternative style light shades you can search under globes & shades on the Home Depot web site, the hole in the base of the glass shade is a standard size of 1 1/2" with a flat base on the shade
