A:  This fixture should be installed using the two junction box screws as well as the two wood screws.

A:  This is a damp rated fixture which means it is made designed to withstand moist environments, specifically those where condensation may build up in and around the fixture. It is made to hold up very well.

A:  Disregard the Customer Service Reply as it is utterly misleading & inaccurate. IF you install this in your bathroom it will begin rusting almost immediately. Low quality Chinese trash that will only end up frustrating you every time that you look at it.

A:  Unscrew the screw screws on the glass

A:  Undo the thumbscrews to get the glass shade make sure to plastic grommets do not get lost when you remove the thumbscrews. 3 on each glass shade.

A:  The globes can be removed to clean, we recommend always cleaning with a soft cloth and no cleaning substance as it may damage the shade appearance.
