Q:1) How many brackets does this come with. I have a very wide window that is 142 inches. Can I get away with 3 or should I spring for an even 4 brackets?

      Answer This Question

A:  This comes with 3 brackets. Depending on they type of curtains you’re going to use, 3 should be sufficient. Any more and you run into issues when opening the curtains. Just make sure they are good and anchored. We anchored ours into the windows trim rather than drywall as the weight of the curtains we used cause the drywall anchor to rip free of the drywall after a few months.

A:  I would not recommend it. The curtain rod is sturdy but because of the length you are asking about I think it would work better with the center bracket unless you are using light curtains, then maybe it would work

A:  It will depend on what you hang on it, but more than likely it will droop in the middle over time.

A:  Dear Emhaw. We highly recommend that you use the center bracket provided for support. 103 inches are too wide for two brackets only.
