A:  The fiberglass rod that runs through the entire unit has probably snapped next to the gears that get turned by the string. No easy fix. Happened to several of ours.

A:  I measured the area that I wished to hang the blind and ordered the exact measurement. The blinds fit perfectly! You get a 1/2" play; I needed a 29.5" blind and ordered exactly that size; the blind comes actual size .5" narrower than the exact width of the window. For length, order the size longer than the actual length you need. You can always cut the excess off (as per instructions) or leave in place and have it lay on the sill. These blinds are beautiful!

A:  Yes, ordering the exact size of the open space in your window frame, will result in you having a set of blinds that are .5 inches narrower than the opening, leaving you room to install the brackets.

A:  Yes, please order the measured size of your window for an inside mount. You will receive actual blind width 3/8" smaller to account for installation brackets. For outside mount application, please add 3" all the way around the window. Thank you

A:  Thank you for your question. All of our faux wood blinds come in standard form. The faux wood blinds come with a headrail, valance, wand, and multiple slats. The number of slats depends on the length of blind ordered.
