A:  I don’t believe so. That was one of the only complaints I noticed in the reviews. We keep ours on low 24/7 and just got used to it. 

A:  I believe they are available for purchase separately, it should be an option once it’s within your cart. 

A:  I bought a separate pole because the one that came with it was too short for my 20ft ceiling.

A:  I will try to answers the questions I can regarding this fixture. No you do not need to have the fan on to use the light. We have used each of them independently n  We are content with the low speed of the fan. I suppose this is subjective as many folks will grade low speed differently. We have been satisfied with the speeds provided with the initial setup.  We cannot answer about the color of the light, we rarely use the light so happy with out of the box.  We have connected to wall switch but prefer remote. 

A:  No. The light doesn't need to be on to use the fan. The speeds seem ok to me. Not able to answer the other questions.

A:  Yes light needs to be on fan, yes low speed is pretty fast, color can change yes you can connect to wall but needs the remote. If i had the choice i would have bought something different but its a pretty fan and we keep the remote in the drawer. That fan in particular only needs one switch to operate

A:  I can answer some of your questions. We love this fan. The light does not need to be on to use the fan. Use fan or light individually or together. Ours was wired into the switch during construction. We turn the switch on at night, then control from the remote when going to bed. The low speed is perfect--not too fast.

A:  Hello Steph, The Palermo Grove 60-in. 6-Blade LED Dual Mount Ceiling Fan does not feature the ability to be flush mounted. The Dual Mount feature allows the fan to be mounted to a flat ceiling or an angled ceiling with the fan being supplied with the needed materials to install either way. Thank You

A:  Hello David, The Palermo Grove 60 in. Ceiling Fan is dry location listed and is only rated for indoor use. It would not be recommended for this fan to be used in an outdoor location that could expose the fan to moisture. Thank You
