A:  Hello Lola, this fan comes with two 9.8-watt dimmable light bulbs. To activate the dimming, press and hold the up and down arrows for 5 seconds. Once the dimming is activated, press and hold the light button to raise or lower the brightness of the lights. A:  The lights are only dimmable using the remote control.

A:  Hi Gail, you cannot reverse the direction of this fan by using the remote. The reverse switch is located inside the light fixture to change the airflow direction. It can only be accessed when the glass is removed, then slide the reversing switch to the opposite position. ~Stacy
