    Q:When ordering online can you request matching Key sets for top/bottom locks? Even ones on display are mismatched. Seems very strange to sell that way since there a ?complete? unit.

    A:  Maybe I got lucky, but I ordered online and picked up in store, and I got matching top and bottom key lock sets.

      A:  The Husky Tool Boxes cannot be ordered with matching keys/locks, as a guarantee. Once you receive the units, if they are not keyed alike, you can contact Husky Customer Service to order the matching key and lock set.

        Q:The specifications state the weight capacity is only 398 pounds. Is that correct? The identical cabinet in red states 1400 pounds and costs less. What is the difference?

        A:  The Weight Capacity is indeed a typo, we will let the Home Depot Website know. The Weight Capacity is 1200 lbs.

          A:  The capacity is 1400lbs, weight of the unit is 398lbs. I did not see the error on the product page.

            Q:I called the customer service number and I get a recorded message from a medical alert provider , then for car insurance then home owners insurance after 10 minutes I hung up and never got to talk to any one from home depot or Husky customer service.

                  Q:I want to set this up in a 2nd-floor storage area. 1st - can I safely use the combo without the casters? 2nd - can I remove the rolling shelves from both units to make it easier to transport them up the stairs and then reinstall the drawers?

                            Q:Cont. the worker at HD Had to take it apart so it would fit in my vehicle. He placed the screws and hardware in a bag and when I got home I found that he broke off one of the screws in the hole and he didn?t tell me so I didn?t know I until I got it home

                                Q:I recently purchased this tool chest. I got it home and there were two issues. First of all, it came with two keys and I was thinking that was all I needed. They worked to the top part but not the bottom part. Are the top and bottom not keyed the same?
