Questions and Answers for Husky 7000-Lumen Multi-Directional LED Tripod Work Light

A:  I would say bright / warm light .

A:  The 7000 lumen is not true daylight like the previous Husky 3200 lumen. The 7000 gives emits a yellowish light.

A:  I cannot find any literature on the LEDs used in this light but by my guesstimation, I would say that the light is a daylight hue. It is a bright white light. My eyes are not the best so I have been purchasing daylight LEDs for the other lights in my home and this light appears to be very similar in intensity - without the soft lighting of a 'warm' light.

A:  I use mine at 6ft, it looks like it gets highter.

A:  The light will be around 69.25" H at the max extension.

A:  I would not recommend the Husky 7000 light. It’s gives a bright yellow light unlike the Husky Multidirectional LED Array Worklight, Model DE007 which would be perfect since it’s white light. I’ve used for interior painting. Unfortunately, I believe it’s discontinued, but check around. Hope this helps!

A:  It is still not be dimmable even attached to a dimmer as it is not designed to be dimmable.

A:  The light folds to a fairly small package.The legs fold in and the tower can be shortened but it does not come with a case. Don't know if a case is available separately.

A:  Did not come with a carry / storage case - Tri pod folds down pretty small - Light unit side panels fold in (pretty compact) - Light unit can stand on it own also - For transport / storage you could use a baseball bat / glove / ball carry storage bag for transport

A:  The label on the back of the light says it is "suitable for wet locations." The attached label states that this device conforms to UL Standard 153 - which means it can be sprayed with water while in use.

A:  It's not recommended being used without the tripod.

A:  I would say it is possible. The light assembly w/cord and on/off switch detaches from the stand. There is a knurled adjuster with an internal screw that connects the light frame to the tripod. There is only one light switch so all three lights come on & stay on together.

A:  If you adjust the mounting bracket backwards it does stand on its own; but I don't think it was design for that in mind
