A:  Yes, the middle casters are fixed. It makes it easier to move around a workspace rather than having all swivel casters. Similar to a car having one set of fixed and one set of rotating wheels. It does not make it easy to move straight forward and back though. Additional swivel casters can be purchased by calling 1-888-HD-HUSKY

A:  The product weighs 567lbs, and should not be an issue being on the third floor. However, you would want to check with the building manager to be sure.

A:  Yes..you'll need to disassemble the crate around it in order to move it.

A:  Yes, you will only have to install the side handle and the drawer liners.

A:  Yes it is. It was delivered to me in a large crate. I had to dispose of the material from the crate, not a big deal. This work bench is awesome.

A:  The pull handle is all that needs to be bolted on. 

A:  Yes, just the handle on the side needs to be attached if wanted. Also be sure to fully check the box in the store for damage from being moved around with the forklifts. 

A:  Turn it over and slide it down the stairs. Whatever you do don’t do it using the wheels, the will snap off.

A:  I had it delivered to my garage. I believe they do have a white glove delivery service that will bring it further, but you should check. I really like the bench and it is extremely durable. Check the outer packaging carefully before letting the driver go because I did not, and then discovered some minor damage near the bottom which I would not want in a kitchen. It was not a big deal, because it was a work bench, so I did not send it back. I might have if the driver had still been there.

A:  There is not a shelf available for this unit. The "anchors" you mention are for attaching the pegboard.
